Terrible ! Still don’t have my package . They gave the wrong adress to de delivery service and there is no way to contact them .

extremely poor service. huge delays, still have not got the stickers its been a month. its already arround 15 days late of promised date. No tracking of the delivery as well.

Order and then forget, may be they will surprise you one day

Excellent customer service and great print quality. After checking my order, I found that BIZAY had included extra flyers, which more than made up for the few damaged ones. Thank you for your professionalism and fast support. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recieved my business cards a day early and they look amazing. I ordered analysis and correction and couldn't be happier

Payed for extra fast delivery (+/- 10 euro's), 8 days later than promised delivery date I still have not gotten my order. Overall disappointing experience. Contacted them and they reacted like there is no issue at all and my delivery will come some day.... still havent recieved it.
I would call it a scam, I expect to be compensated for at least the delivery service I payed for and never received

DONT BUY HERE. The product ordered is of terrible quality print, and material wise, it also arrived with a delay.

They provide no customer service except for a worthless ai chatbot.

They won´t follow EU Law on 14 day returns or offer customer service according to EU Laws

Quality is poor. Received vinyl glossy stickers but the ink was going off after about an hour. would not buy again.

Don't bother to pay for extra fast delivery, they don't take it into consideration. I paid an extra 10 euros to have my package delivered until the 8th of June. Part of the order came on the 9th, the rest on the 10th. The stickers arrived too late for the event I ordered them for and had to print them again at a local print shop so I don't go empty-handed. Also, the prices on the website don't include VAT, so the price will be higher at checkout. Overall disappointing experience. No way to reach them either.

I went full in when i've seen the prices and the nice-made website. It was in my native language, which is not english, the domain was bizay.mycountry and fully in my language. I ordered a 80 dollars print of stickers. I needed that for an event in 2 weeks, but i got them in a month... When i've seen the delivery time i tryed to opt out and get a refound, not possible on bizay... The useless stickers i recived from them were deformed streched to match some aspect ratio and the print quality overall was below avarage. Never again!

Easy process. Fast Delivery.

I wouldn't touch Bizay with a ten-foot pole if I could go back in time. I ordered some custom-made stickers far in advance, and I paid for it to be delivered 2-weeks before my event, where I was hoping to give away these stickers. Although the shipping company tagged them as delivered, these were nowhere to be found.

When I highlighted this to Bizay, they first asked me to sign this "contract" to promise that I actually did not receive it (very poor business practice by the way). Then, it took them days to confirm that the package was actually lost. They offered to re-print and ship it again as a solution, but I emphasized to them that I needed the stickers by a certain date. They refused to provide me with an estimated delivery date, basically holding my product and money hostage.

I would not spend another dime with this company, especially after such horrible customer service.

I ordered business cards and received cards printed with a design version that was not the final version I intended to have printed.
When I reported the issue, I immediately provided a comparison between the cards received and the final design. Rather than simply stating that the printed version matched the uploaded file, the company requested additional photographs and evidence in order to investigate what may have caused the problem and to prevent it from happening again. This clearly suggested that the possibility of a production or printing issue was being considered.
After I provided the requested information, the company completely changed its position and concluded that there was no anomaly because the printed cards allegedly matched the uploaded file.
I also raised concerns regarding the ordering process itself. The platform does not provide a reliable final visual verification before production. Although a preview function appears to exist, it is disabled and therefore does not allow customers to confirm with certainty the exact artwork that will be printed.
After my first review on Trustpilot they replied: "We're sorry, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we were unable to identify your complaint. To resolve your request, please contact our team using the contact form. We're here to help. Customer Service".
The response posted above unfortunately does not address any of these points. It simply refers customers to a supposed contact form. After checking the link provided, I found no actual complaint form, only an automated support system based on predefined answers.
The issue is therefore not a lack of contact with customer service. The complaint had already been reported, reviewed and rejected before this review was published.
What disappointed me most was not the printing problem itself, but the way the complaint was handled and the absence of any objective evidence regarding the file actually used for production.
Readers can decide for themselves whether this reflects the level of customer service they would expect from a professional printing company.
