Finally achieving my LLC and making a mark in this world. I've been a Mechanic for right at 30 year's and have witnessed things that were not honest nor integral with the customers. I'm not about that nor will I ever be like that. And besides that I do want to make a difference and I worked hard to get my LLC,Insured, Licensed, EIN listed new business with two workers at the moment (the owners) and hope to grow into an respective company who helps someone get back on the road without breaking the bank.

NUMEROUS EMAILS ABOUT THE SAME THING! SENT ALL INFO BEFORE I PAID $131 plus another $119! Waste of money . Just to be told BE PATIENT IM IN ""THE QUE" and then weeks later to just be told to resubmit!! Horrible OHH YOUR REPLY IS CRAP!!!! I CALLED EMAILED AND UPLOADED DOCS! NUMEROUS TIMES!!!

LUA is exceptional

The website had SEVERAL issues. It kept crashing, giving an error message and not accepting my state address. I was completely discouraged. I called the customer service number and I reached Alex. He was simply AMAZING. He helped me troubleshoot, walked me thru step by step and was extremelt patient. His assistance took my star review from a one to a four. GREAT JOB Alex, you're the best!
