A very fast and comfortable journey from the airport to the hotel. The car was spacious, with internet access, and the driver was very friendly and helpful. The price for the transfer was very good and competitive.

Waited about 5 minutes. We were two people in a Mercedes Vito. The car was clean, and the driver helped me find my apartment and contact security to let me in since it was late. Thanks a lot; I’ll definitely use it again.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the transfer service to Gazipaşa Airport, as well as the subsequent handling of my complaint.

According to my reservation, the scheduled pick-up time was 06:50, later revised to 06:20. I arrived at the designated pick-up point at 06:10, well in advance of the expected time. Despite this, the driver did not arrive until 07:00 — a delay of approximately 40 minutes. Such a substantial delay is unacceptable and caused considerable inconvenience, particularly given that I was left waiting on the street with no clear communication or assurance that the transfer would arrive.

What is even more concerning is the complete lack of acknowledgment in the aftermath of this incident. Despite sending multiple emails and contacting your chat support, I did not receive a single apology or any indication that my concerns were being taken seriously. This level of customer service is deeply disappointing and falls far below reasonable expectations.

We arrived on time. Waited for a car that never came and we put self had to fix everything to get to the hotel. Including a phone call (expensive!) to Sweden to help translate since the staff member didn’t speak any English. We arrived at night so not ideal timing. We understand that things can go wrong as long as the company are up for compensation. Got in contact with a really friendly person who promised to get us the best treatment on our way back from our vacation and to compensate us for everything that went wrong. But unfortunately the ride home didn’t go smoothly at all and I’ve been trying to reach them multiple times without luck.

They probably feel like when the tourist go back we don’t have to do anything. But I’m a frequent visitor to turkey and this was my last time using this company. Never again.

Our plane was late and I had no phone reception when we arrived yet our driver found us. He was a good driver and the service was excellent

GOT SCAMMED. Paid for pick up at the airport and never got picked up.

I paid 5 EUR extra to have child seat, but the transfer was without child seat.
The driver rationale was: “The trip is not long, so it does not matter”. Note: it took 30 minutes from hotel to airport. So safety for children depends on whether you drive 30 minutes or 3 hours? No matter what, I paid extra for this add on service without getting the service.

I have not received my money back. Still waiting response on my mail request.

We would like to thank Bizim Transfer company for transferring us from Antalya to Alanya to the hotel. Both the cleanliness of the cars and the interest and attention of the staff were very nice. From now on, we will carry out all transfers through them.

I ordered this company to meet me in Antalya on 09/12/23 for delivery to the hotel and take me back to ANTALYA airport on 08/26/23. Upon arrival, everything went well, we were met and taken to the hotel, but on the way back they didn’t come to take me to the airport. Imagine I’m sitting in the hotel lobby waiting for a transfer, I see they are already 45 minutes late, I call them and they say we don’t have your transfer today. In a stressful situation, I had to urgently order a taxi so as not to miss the plane. I am very unhappy with their service.

Me and all my customers are really happy to have a servise from this company. I will highly recommend!

Using Bizim Transfer since 2017 and was let down only once. The case involved a sub-contracted driver who showed up well before the the scheduled pick-up time, waited outside the building for 5 minutes and left without calling or sending a message. I filed a complaint the next day and was offered a free shuttle service for my next trip.
Otherwise the drivers are punctual, courteous and serviceminded. In my experience, the minibusses are usually clean and in good working condition. All in all, I am quite happy with Bizim Transfer and have recommended them to others. Most recent trip 04 January 2020. Will continue using this service in future.
