Same thing others have seen. Advertise a product that does nothing. Wi-Fi advertisement says free internet in the middle of nowhere and no other fees. BIG lie. Then when you want to return it for refund I get keep it and they will refund but they want to keep $20 bucks of what you paid. Will be reporting to the FTC for not delivering the advertised product and the FCC for misleading advertising. They should not be advertising ANY product at all.

Simply it does not work. It does not give any satelite wifi signal as a router at all.....

This is a total scam. Do not buy anything from this company!!

If there was a rating of -50 stars that would still be too good for them.. I paid $71.00 for a 4G Router.. Lots of promises but all lies, it's a scam company with no product.. I received their so-called router and surprise surprise it didn't work, not even when I charged it for over an hour.. With $71.00 you get a little plastic box they call a "Router" that cost them $0.25.. Buyer Beware..

I ordered the Next Gen Satellite WIFI6 portable router and received it however the instruction booklet had type font to small to read even with a magnifying 🔎. It would not connect to the internet so it basically just supplies a hot spot that your phone already does. I asked for PDF file but just got a runaround on refunds (that are not available). Product is listed as made in USA, clearly it isn't. This business is scam.

selling wifi unit for satelite connection. It doesnt work and despite their website saying that they respond to emails within one hour thye have not responded to 4 emails over 3 days.
