I wish I could give this item zero stars. I’m an average sized girl and there’s no way I could possibly get this carrier tight enough to fit me, let alone put my baby in it. The quality is seriously lacking as well as customer service. As soon as I saw that it wouldn’t fit I emailed to return item and was informed I would be responsible for paying to ship the item back and that they will not accept an item that’s been worn, even with tags and original packaging.

I contacted the company via facebook regarding a replacement part for the pram that had been damaged. The response from them was very quick, and I received the replacement part within a few days. It was great to deal with them, and get to speak to an actual person.

We love our buggy, so to be able to get a replacement part was perfect.

We ordered the narnia stroller in April and its been a lifesaver. Our son much prefers sitting more upright holding onto the handle bars. Our Silver Cross stroller has well and truly taken a back seat. We experienced an issue with the handle bar so emailed in asking for some advice. Becky responded the following day and got a brand new stroller arranged to be sent out to us. Its probably the quickest, most efficient customer service I've ever received. We'll be ordering the matching footmuff for the stroller this winter and will make Bizzi Growin our first point of call for all our baby needs in the future. Really couldn't recommend this company enough.

Great quality products at an affordable price!

Bought the baby bag, and the baby carrier from Bizzi Growin after seeing an Instagram ad on it. I couldn't believe the quality, just as good as an Artipoppe baby carrier in my opinion, at a fraction of the price!

Highly recommend Bizzgrowin products and will be keeping my eye out on their new product releases as and when they come!

I can’t recommend the carrier enough. Came across this company on insta and decided to give them a go! The carrier is sooo comfy for my 5 week old baby and myself. Delivery was also very quick. Can’t recommend enough.

I recently ordered from Bizzi Growin and cannot fault them. Placing the order was easy and I received dispatch notifications etc so knew where my parcel was. Delivery was quick and even though I received the wrong item, the customer service team got back to me quickly and sorted it all out.

I bought the onyx buggy for my daughter, she absolutely loves being init.

It's perfect for storing as it folds down perfectly.
So easy and light to push. I would 100% recommend for busy mums and dad's.

Only down falls on my experience is the rain cover. Its to thin and does take a bit of time fastening to bottom of pram.

The basket it seriously small, always unclippes. Not massive issues as I love using it!

I recently ordered the NOMAD baby carrier plus a couple of clothes for my little one. They arrived fairly quickly and the products definitely exceeded my expectations. The baby carrier was so comfy, my baby fell asleep after just a few minutes of being in it! Definitely recommended!

From the get go my experience was smooth sailing and when the product arrived I was gobsmacked at the quality and stunning design

Excellent delivery time and updates on the status of order.

I had high hopes for this change bad but it has two principal faults.
The first is that the velcro bag straps don't hold and constantly come undone. The second is that the zips only run down the side of the bag leaving a gaping hole at the bottom of the flap. Whatever last went in falls out. Not so much if your wearing it as a backpack but more so if it's hund on the pushchair.

First bought a compact stroller in May, unfortunately one of the locking mechanisms broke making it pretty useless.

I contacted support with videos and images of the issue, they were quick to respond to my email and sent a replacement out in under a week.

The stroller itself is great, super compact, easy to use and store. We can’t wait to take it away with us!

Ordered 2 compact strollers and they arrived within a few days, very easy instructions to assemble, my twin 2 year olds absolutely love them, especially the handle bar! They’re super easy to collapse down & are so convenient. Can’t wait to take them on holiday. My only criticism is that one of the rain covers has broke after the first use, the ribbons that attach at the bottom of the stroller have come off so I’m unable to attach it, however I contacted customer service who got back to me in less than 12 hours & are more than happy to send a replacement within the week. Very happy with the service & the purchase! Would 100% recommend.

The changing bag is so lovely. It has all of the different compartments I need and looks really nice as well. I’m very happy. As well as that delivery was very quick

The company did not pay the correct postage so Royal Mail would not deliver my parcel that had a value of £77 until I paid the postage directly to Royal Mail , very disappointing!!

I have had multiple products from Bizzi Growin including blankets, cot bumpers and bedding, the Koochicoo blanket which has been adored by both my children (we’ve had 3 of these!) and now the Buggi Lite. The buggi is absolutely amazing, so easy and simple to flip up and down when you’re in a rush (and one handed which most of us parents are!) and so handy for travelling. Love that it lies back for nap time, had a rain cover, as well as a sneaky pocket for your belongings. We also love the Pod travel bag/crib - so useful for little trips away when baby was smaller. Great quality, value and service always from BG ❤️
