Went to a Bjorn clogs chose the style, leather and shoe size. The ladies made the clogs and posted them to me within the week. Very pleased with them and will be back for another pair.

REFUND IRREGULARITY
The clog heel was higher than quoted online so I returned the clogs and was assured refund of postage (£3) in addition to £38 refund for the clogs. The £38 refund arrived but their refund system 'won't let them' transmit the £3 so a cheque will be sent by post. Am I likely to sacrifice 30 mins by bus to reach my bank, queue up at counter or ATM, then 30 mins bus ride home again just for the sake of £3 ? The response from the company director emphasised that the £3 had been refunded but in reference to my wasted time and effort to cash the cheque she merely stated that "we do understand we cannot please everyone". Be warned !

Rip offs done get more real than Bjornclogs
Took my money and ignored me. Did not send goods. Had to do a chargeback on my card. A very shady, dodgy operation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS,
