We a lovely friend person.
We needed wifi globes installed so we could have more control ollver the lights. Ben installed new lights although was only able to install one type that was not our wi-fi globes. These new gobles are not working with the dinner. We addressed this the next day although he was unable to return to fix the issue.
We wanted more control over our lights although now have no control.

I have used B&K for over 12 years and I would go nowhere else. They are brilliant. Used them today for electrical and plumbing issues in my tenanted flat. Done and sorted within 3 hours needing 2 different engineers. Well done and thank you.

B&K are a thoroughly honest and decent company to deal with. We experienced an issue with some work they carried out, and unlike so many companies, they went above and beyond to resolve it. Their communication has been excellent throughout, their engineers are skilled and courteous, and the office staff are efficient and professional. It’s refreshing to find a company that truly stands by its work and values its customers. Highly recommended.

Used B&K Electricals on this occasion to fit a new shower at my mums property. One call and they came out the following day, per my mum as I was not present but the engineer, Scott was great, probably not a straightforward job as an old victorian house but fitted the shower with no fuss, friendly and no mess, mum was more than happy with the service as was I booking it and making payment. We have used B&K a number of times for different jobs would highly recommend!!!!!

I called to get a face plate replaced and was told it would be £85. When the electrician arrived, he told me there was nothing wrong and that the call out charge was ridiculous. His words, not mine. He changed the face plate and told me he would cancel the job. I asked him if he should be doing that and he told me it was okay as he would still get paid. He told me I should phone and cancel the job, which, on heeding his advice, I did. A week or so later, I had a very angry man phone me from the office and demand payment, threatening me with debt collectors! When I explained that the issue was between the company and the electrician who took it upon himself to cancel the job after fixing the face plate, despite me saying I would pay, the owner became very argumentative and obnoxious. I explained that I have used this company in the past with no issues at all, but they fail to see that they are employing people who are taking it upon themselves to say customers should not be charged. A horrible experience from start to finish. I was then charged £90 instead of the original £85! No acceptance that the problem stems from the original electrician cancelling the job after it had been carried out and telling me I wouldn't be charged! Shambolic.

B&K Electricals carried out a total bathroom refurbishment for me recently. They did a superb job. All work was explained beforehand and carried out in a safe and timely manner. The work site was cleaned after each day, and every effort was made to minimise any disruption. The tradesmen were punctual and courteous. I cannot fault the work. I can recommend this company to anyone considering a major bathroom overhaul. We went away for a few days during the work, and they even fed the cat!

We called B&K as we were having issues with our RCD box, turns out we’d tripped our alarm system. The guy on the was totally honest & told us to reset the alarm!
We clearly had no clue, he could have made a quick buck with a call out charge & a two min fix but he didn’t.

Always 5 star service, got an appointment the same week for a non urgent job.
Always great communication from the office staff and the staff are always polite and pleasant.

Was quoted £150 to replace cooker switch a double socket and the back box. Electrician arrives doesn't need to replace cooker switch as it was just wires in the wrong way round and doesn't need to replace the back box on double socket either as electrician just fitted a clip on the side. He replaced twin socket and sorted wires out. Took him 35 mins to do the lot. He charged me £85 as some of the work didn't need doing and didn't stay full hour. We both signed a document saying what work he done and the £85. I have recently just had emailed to me from bk electricals another bill for £65. Saying the labour was £120 and I had to pay the full amount regardless of how long the electrician worked. I was originally quoted £95 labour and £55 materials. I told them a lot of the work didn't need doing and the lad said he wouldn't charge me the full hourly rate. They basically called me a liar and had the nerve to say I was trying to rip them off.

We called out B K Electrics to repair a leak on a radiator in a tenants home.
They charged us to replace valves (£147.50) turns out they apparently only replaced one. So the invoice is misleading and how expensive !!! The radiator was still leaking (from the valve which was not replaced and was tied up with thread tape) and now the ceiling has collapsed. Their claim is they are not responsible. This happened over hours/days. Just excuses too when you question the validity of what they have done ! A disappointing experience.

Disappointing. Very expensive. Poor and abrupt customer service.

The boiler was condemned and the landlord quickly arranged for a new boiler to be installed.
Arrangements were made and we were told fitters would arrive between 8AM and 10AM.Steve andTim arrived at 8:25.They worked non stop until the installation was finnished at5:25PM.Through out the whole installation they were friendly,totally professional and kept us constantly updated about what was happening and when they would finnish the installation.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this company and installers.

I recently had one of your plumbers come to my property to fix an issue with my toilet that I had been having for quite some time. I have really bad anxiety and so was very nervous about someone coming over, but the guy that came was amazing. He was friendly, professional and got the problem sorted right away. I was very happy with the service and am very happy with the result as well! I have a couple more things that need sorting out in the flat and so will definitely be using B & K again.

Second time I have used B&K. They respond quickly and solved the problem (leaking shower pipe) quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them

I had a B&K plumber out to do a small job and he was fantastic. Pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and fast. He didn't make a mess and he didn't mess about. Just got on with the job in a professional manner. Will definitely use this company again.

Our emersion heater stopped heating the water and I used a different company which didn’t solve the problem and stopped taking my calls. So I rang B & K
and their service was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an electrical or plumbing problem.

Used for a number of jobs (plumbing and electrical) and they have always turned up on time.
Staff have all been friendly and respectful of our property.
Seem to be able to react to short notice call outs even during the pandemic.

B&K Electricals, came to install my new boiler, i needed new pipework throughout, nothing was to much trouble,they completed the job which was first class, all aprropriated gas safety certificates were provided, a total pleasure to deal with.
