terrible experience

I purchased an Amazon Alexa on Black Monday.
Twelve days after my purchase, I still hadn't received the product or any information about my purchase.
I sent an email asking about my purchase, and customer service replied that there had been an error, that they did not actually have the product available, and that they would refund my money. It has now been 20 days since the purchase, and I have not received my money, and no one from customer service is answering .
I will never buy here again. I prefer Amazon.
