I am a huge black and mild fan. My favorites are the cherry and the grape there are a few other kind of Black and mild cigar I really love but I can not remember the name of them of the top of my head at this very particular moment.

I've been smoking black and mild for 10 plus years. Rewards program was great at the time. But it's faltered, now the taste for black and mild is not acquired anymore.And they change their recipe doesn't taste the same.It's quite disgusting. Really? Should listen to your customers about the flavor that they want. It's gross.

I returned the hard/old blacks& milds on December 17th 2025 like I was told to do. Today’s date February 4th 2026 and I I still have not received my refund money. I am very disappointed and I can’t believe they are taking this long to refund me about 6$. To me they are playing games and I don’t appreciate that. I will not be smoking black&milds anymore.

I agree with the Jun 29th review. Not only did they dbl required codes for the same items, they have conveintly discontinued most of them!! Also it is hard to find stores that accept the coupons. Even though they sell Black and Milds. Since it is obviously about dollars and cents - How about allowing consumers/customers to redeem our rewards for straight cash???

Not a good company for coupon rewards. I claimed a code to get a 5 pack black & mild and it’s been 3 months and it has been shipped 3 times and I haven’t received it

I have been a customer for years and I utilize their rewards program. Today I see that instead of 5 codes to get a $10 gift card, now you need 10 codes. The price of these cigars is not cheap so adding an additional 5 packs in order to get a skimpy $10 card is greedy and bad business. ITS NOT WORH IT! Sad that everybody wants more money and gets greedier at the customers expense! So now I have switched to another cigar. Dummies!
