Great item fast delivery I will be using this site again

Simple, quick and easy.

I have orders my send casting equipment over two weeks ago and it has not arrived yet. under the tracking code it just says that Royal Mail is still expecting the package

Placed an order Saturday 6th July. It's now 13th July. Update courier has lost my order so I'm told and was offered refund or resend I've opted for a resend so I'll update again soon. Package arrived today.. looks it it was royal mail at fault.. Great item great value 👍

Unfortunately this item was cancelled by the company and refunded. So not sure why I’m being asked (repeatedly!!!!) to review an item I’ve never received. It’s frankly extremely annoying to say the very least.

Well packaged and arrived as described, better value to buy direct, would definitely consider coming back.

My order was initially lost in the postal system. After a week with no Royal Mail tracking updates on their 48 hour delivery service (the Royal Mail website FAQ page suggested that the delivery had been logged with them but not dispatched), I emailed Black Barn Designs regarding the problem. I was phoned the following business day. The vendor apologised for not contacting me sooner and without hesitation offered a refund or replacement. I requested the latter, which was dispatched the same day with a different courier. My order has since been received, well packaged and my initial thoughts are that the kit is of very good quality. Overall, my experience was positive, and the postal service error (which I overwhelmingly suspect to be attributable to Royal Mail, despite their own online advice) was resolved in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.

Wonderful value - basic and complete sand casting kit - all decent quality - just add fire and metal. Sent fast. I will be returning for more supplies directly.

Ordering was easy as website straightforward. Service very good and so was the Product.

I placed an order with you on March 25 2024 for a sandwich casting kit E.

It arrived a few days ago but I have only been able to open it today.

Unfortunately I was a little bit disappointed with the quality of the product.

One of the pins on the cast iron flask mold appeared to have come out andd is also bent.

This makes it awkward to use the mold as the two pieces don't fit together as they should.

I also noticed the pin holes either side are not aligned which would cause problems even if the other pin was properly fitted.

On top of this, the carbon steel stirring rod was broken in the box.

I hope you will be able to help me and offer some kind of compensation for this. I was very excited to receive the sand casting kit and get started but now feel quite disheartened.

I have attached photos to this email and used my order number as subject.
