I am beyond pleased with the customer service, bathing suit quality and timely response to emails from blackbough swim. They have made the return process seamless and there generous refund of an e-gift card was greatly appreciated. I am excited to wear my new suits!!

First, the suits are amazing and so high quality! They’re thick, comfy, and so so stylish. Also, their customer service is AMAZING! I wanted to return a suit; I liked it a lot, I just thought I’d exchange for a different color. They allowed me to keep the suit and use the credit for a new one. AMAZED is an understatement.

First off, the suits are amazing! I wore them for my vacation and I felt so confident in them! They are really high quality. I'm definitely buying more of their suits in the future. Secondly, the customer service is top tier. Some of my suits didn't fit but customer service helped me return them easily. One of the only stores where I could return for free so I felt great trying on suits that I wasn't completely confident that would look good on me. But to my surprise styles outside of what I normally wear looked and felt amazing on me! I couldn't recommend Blackbough more.

I had to return my bikini because it didn’t fit the way I had hoped. Customer service was amazing and the response time was super quick. As soon as I dropped off my return at FedEx, my store credit was issued to me. Love blackbough!

Super fast shipping- I placed my order on a Thursday and my package arrived the following Monday! I got the wrong size for one, and although they don't do refunds, I was able to return for store credit, and order the correct size! They are super responsive via email. Good quality material as well, and super cute!

Blackbough's customer service is really great! Every time I have emailed them with a question, they have gotten back to me by the next day and are always very polite. Being half Filipina, I love supporting their brand as they are Filipina owned. I also love how many options they have as well. I recommend their brand if you are looking for a cute swimsuit for the summer!

I had been searching for a specific top for over a year now because I had the matching bottoms already but the top was always sold out in my size. I emailed them about it and they were able to find stock left in my size so I'm finally able to get the matching top. Replies were fast and kind and everyone was very helpful.

I have been a Blackbough customer since 2020 and have never had one complaint. The quality of the suits and clothing, customer service, easy returns, and tracking updates have always been top-tier. I recently was short store credit from a processed return but the help center team managed to respond to my email quickly and with a forgiving solution. I will continue to purchase my summer apparel here and recommend BB to loved ones!

The website can be a little difficult to navigate but the customer service representatives are super quick to respond and helpful in resolving any issues. The swimsuit quality is very nice as well. I have one swimsuit I’ve worn, one I returned without any issue, and two more on the way!

This was my first experience with Blackbough Swim, I had never heard of them but I really liked their website and all the variety and trusted reviews on their swimwear. I had ordered a swimsuit and decided I needed to return it. They were super understanding and let me return my item, I reordered through them to get a different swim suit. They were super cool about the process and made it so seamless. I highly recommend this brand, and not only was the swimsuit great quality but also their detail to customer service was stellar.

Blackbough Swim is hands down my favorite swimsuit brand. I have purchased so many suits from them. Their customer service is also incredible. I accidentally placed an order for a duplicate item and they immediately reached out to me when they rightly noticed there was a mistake. They updated my order and were so helpful! Highly recommend.

I had accidentally ordered a top in the wrong size and when I emailed them they not only responded within the same day, they also kept me updated throughout the whole return process. They were super patient and understanding and sent me the refund as soon as my return package was received!
