Worst broker ever seen

Worst broker ever seen. Second time today that my funds are missing in between transfers and customer service is very bad. Im starting to think that the reviews and everything is fake. WITHDRAWAL REQUESTS ARE DENIED. DONT USE IT!!!! BE AWARE!

Not happy at all

Not happy at all. Despite being Prime account holder, the spread is just too huge. Example; for OIL spread is around 30-50 pips, cost turns out to be 0.5% of the trade value or higher, while other broker offers tight spread 0.01-0.02, less than 0.03% of the trade value. Brokerage costing >20X with blackbull markets. Not trading OIL anymore with Blackbull markets. With JPN225 Index, spread is 110-120 pips, while other brokers 7 pips.
Not worth it to trade with Blackbull markets.

Here we go another issue on 09th march. had silver long position with profit taking set; price move over my profit taking but System did not execute my order at all and as a result after a while my whole position went into loss. Let's see if they help and justify this.

How can anyone able to trade with such huge spread and system unable to execute your stop loss or profit taking.

Poor website, slow withdraws

Poor website, slow and requires you to use your email verification code each time indicating they’ve been compromised before. They stop you trading when volume is volatile. Takes about 5 days to even get verified. Honestly this is one of the poorer brokers much better out there. I’ll take my money and leave.

Am updating my review from 5 to 4 . The reason is that while a trade is ongoing you cannot withdrawl money from your balance . This penalise long term traders from partially closing some postions and withdrawl what they need . A lot of brokers allows you to withdrawl a specific amount without closing all postions and at the same time without envolving the margin to a point of closing your postions
