I purchased a van from Blackburns and have received excellent service. The van is great and the price was excellent. On collection of the vehicle it was immaculate and the guys are so helpful and friendly. I had a small issue with the van after a few days and the after sales have been top rate. Communication with Matt has been brilliant and he’s been so accommodating. I will always use Blackburns now for all my future van purchases. Thank you for a five star service both with the sales and after sales. Highly recommend!

COWBOYS !!!! Do not use this firm all good until you buy or sell a car. No customer service at all promises to call you back. Matt you sausage what a criminal. They would be happy if making the money off you but when selling a car they have no interest in a customer. I would avoid this company please be careful! Even the staff have their doubts. Warranty what warranty? Hopefully this review helps others please be very careful with this company.

Saw a-class on line, Matty kept it for me till the next day without a deposit. Nice to know some garages still work off trust and verbal agreement. Really nice to deal with no pressure. Paid for it over the next week whilst they serviced and mot'd it, Steve sorted all my paperwork really easy process . Only just bought the car, but really happy with car and price. Hope they have something I like when I buy my next car as I would absolutely buy from here again.

Just recently purchased a VW Arteon Shooting Brake from Blackburns (UK) Ltd which is the first time I've not used a large well known franchise. This was a very pleasant and smooth experience with initial help from Mathew who gave a very competitive price for my trade in vehicle and gave me confidence that the car was mine until I decided it wasn't for me. After agreeing trade in I did the 6hr round trip from Glasgow to view the vehicle and take for test drive. Stephen was great in meeting us and giving us the time to view and test drive on our own with no pressure to buy. I was happy to visit and after agreeing to purchase left a small deposit. Once payment was made in full my new car was delivered the next morning by 8:30am which I thought was a superb service. I feel Blackburns (UK) Ltd only deal with prestige cars and would thoroughly recommend if they have a suitable car in stock. Would definitely consider using them again in future.

Great service, lovely guys who listened to exactly what we were looking for, for our son’s first car. They made sure it was spotless, new tyres, serviced, new timing belt and new MOT, very happy and well worth the little drive out to see and collect this beautiful car, would highly recommend! Just sold our car to Blackburns via their collection service. An easy straightforward transaction. Steve the courier was friendly and helpful and waited patiently until the funds were transferred to us, which was super quick.

Great experience with this dealership, got a fantastic deal from Matthew for a part-ex and I managed to buy my dream car from these guys.

Purchased a very nice BMW from Blackburns, clean well maintained example, all history and service as stated. Staff were approachable friendly and professional, communication from start to finish was spot on. The day of collection was excellent, smooth handover with no issues at all, full valeted car in and out with 1/4 of a tank of fuel. Brilliant service start to finish would 100% recommend, will be back in the future.
