I bought a poster from these guys earlier this year, and actually getting it was a nightmare. Postage was supposed to be within a few days, which is an outright lie.

Contacted their customer services least 10 times. No reply.

After a little bit of investigation online I found the owners name and personal email address. Explained the situation but it was still a couple of emails before he replied. And even then it took 2 more weeks before anything was done. The order eventually arrived, but I’m confident it wouldn’t have come at all unless I pressed the issue hard from my end.

I would avoid using this company at all costs until they improve their internal processes.

Item not sent. Don't respond to emails. Had to claim money back through bank. Avoid.

My daughter ordered two prints from Black Cat via Etsy a year ago - they arrived (albeit a little late) and all was fine. Off the back of this experience my son ordered an A2 poster for a friend's birthday in August and it simply never arrived. They have ignored multiple efforts to contact them via email and there is no phone number.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Total scam website, ordered print which was never sent, have sent emails but had no communication from them, I don’t understand how this website is still up 😤

Piss poor Bought some prints no response or updates read reviews emailed Gave them a week but still no response so got a refund through PayPal great shame as would of loved the prints

No delivery after 3 weeks so far, also no response to any emails or attempts to contact them in regards to my order.

Scam.
Thankfully only lost £26.
Look them up on Companies House.

I Ordered a product on sept 5 and I still have not received anything. No response from customer support both via email or contact form. No tracking info.

Ordered 3 prints a week ago, heard nothing from them, no delivery date & not replying to any of my emails (I've sent 3 now) I'll now be getting my money back through my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I ordered a David Bowie print for my wife on Sep 11 - 10 days before her birthday as website stated 2-4 days delivery which I paid for and I still have not received anything. I have emailed the customer support several times with no response and reading all of these other reviews now realise this is a scam. Do not order anything from this company- I will now have to take this to the police

I ordered a print on the 3rd of September for my son's birthday on the 20th. I still haven't received the print.
I emailed on the 16th to cancel the print and ask for a refund and ordered a print from a different company(which arrived by the 20th).
I have not recieved a refund or a response to my email.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Order 3 September and still not received 23 September. No response to emails sent to customer support. This is disgraceful. Looking at other reviews this is obviously a scam. How disappointing. Note to self, check future reviews when purchasing. Do not buy from this company. Fraudulent.

I purchased 3 prints on the 4th Sep and nothing has been delivered but money has been taken. I have tried contacting them via email and their contact form but no reply. AVOID

Ordered on 15/08, states 2-4 days delivery. No delivery as of 18/09. Numerous emails sent with no reply.

Avoid this company! I placed an order on 15/08/25, they took the money from my account then NOTHING! I've not received my order. I've tried several times to contact them, via email, no phone number is available. They haven't replied to any of my emails. No tracking is shown and on the Shop app it still says "preparing order".
Please do not give them your hard earned money as its clearly a scam!

They’ve taken my money, no delivery & ignore my e-mails chasing my purchase. This company needs shutting down! They are nothing but thieving criminals!

Do dot buy in this store under any circunstances. Totaly scam.
I had to go to the police to complete a Fraud report. Once reported I went to my bank and I get my money back.
Could be great to include 0 stars in this review.

If there was an opportunity to give 0 stars I would.
I placed an order in June and still waiting for the delivery, no response to my communications with them either. Steer clear. Note to self for future reference to check the reviews before placing an order.
