Fraud And Scam

He posts his services on whatsapp channel. I am added on his WhatsApp channel. One day i told him to get details of number then he asked me to send 300 rupees. Then he take 24 hours and give me the number of details. Days ago i asked him to PTA approved(Allow sim services to run without paying full tax in pakistan) mobile phone in cheaper price. Then he asked me for sending me amount i send him 11k then after that day he didnot reply my messages now he replied and asked for more money.
