Black Country cars were there when I needed finance to by my car they helped me out when nobody else would they bent over backwards to help me get my new car and for that I will always be grateful

From start to finish service was excellent, picked the car up and broke down on the way home, phoned them and they sent a courtesy car while it was fixed got car back in n 3 days all sorted

There level of customer service is superb no pressure selling no badgering to make a decision.
Customer service is key to this business and I personally would reccomend any person looking for there next vehicle go hear before you go anywhere else they really cant do enough .
I drove away feeling very happy with both my new car and no doubt in my mind if I had the slightest issue it would be resolved.

I actually cannot believe how easy this was. I enquired on Monday and had the car by Thursday. I have a less than perfect credit rating but the finance company were great as was Neil from the dealership.

When I went to collect the car it was so efficient and easy, i was there about 10 mins and then was driving away. All interactions were covid safe as well.

This is the dealership I will always use in the future and have recommended friends to the same. Totally and utterly amazed at this level of service.
