I am a long term customer. Package did not arrive.
I understand with all the postal strikes that this is a very difficult time for businesses. However the customer service for this company is indifferent and practically non-existant. They just dont care once theyve got your money. They told me to contact 'my local post office' which is hilarious. Ive lost a huge amount of money ( 300 pounds) and they dont even want to try to help. I will never use this company again and tell my friends to do the same. Ive tried to contact usps off my my own back and you have to speak the tracking number and the computer continues to get my tracking number wrong so I'm stuck. All in all , I am the customer and I feel like I have been made to be felt in the wrong. Great Clothes, SHOCKING customer service , once they have your money they wont care in the slightest. Never ever again.
Edit........ Hopefully receiving redelivery tomorrow after finding out which depot the parcel is at. However I've done this off my own back because BCC simply couldn't be bothered. They could have found out this info for me and saved me a lot of bother. The customer at the end of the line, buying your products and paying you wages is an actual person!

Update... They refunded me... But charged me the delivery fee! So through no fault of my own, they don't lose money but I do? All because they use a delivery company that are dire. (didn't leave delivery card and BCC couldn't locate parcel, or more likely couldn't be bothered to contact delivery company). Lost a customer for life.

Purchased on black Friday. Package said delivered but never arrived. After speaking with USPS, they informed me the package was not shipped to address I provided. I spoke to BCC and they told me they couldn't help me. After then asking if I could reorder my items at the same price I got them for on black Friday, they told me I would have to pay full price and there were no more discounts to give out! By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
After reading others reviews I see this is an ongoing issue with the company. Very unfortunate because I love their clothes and the message behind them.

Their customer service sucks just like their international shipping process.
I ordered a hoodie and a tshirt for 123$ in the beginning of September and still haven’t received anything. I live in Germany so i clearly understand that shipping may take some time but over 3 months?? I’ve been emailing them and explained that I have zero information about my packages whereabouts. The German Post office reassured me it’s not in Germany yet And the USPS package tracking tells me it’s already in Germany. I kindly asked bcc‘s customers service if they could help me figuring it out or if I could cancel my order cause i think i will never receive it anyways but they stopped replying and ignored me since October 29th. I guess i wasted my money.

I hate to see all these negative reviews for one of my favorite online stores! Everything I’ve gotten (probably 25 things over the last 3-ish years) have been perfect! Full disclosure- I almost always get a small in men’s clothing; I’ve gotten a long cardigan and a crop top in women’s sizing. I’ve never purchased shoes or bags, so no help there. I’m also bummed y’all had a terrible time with their shipping/customer service.

Ordered three shirts on Oct. 27th

Didn't even begin shipping until November 2nd. A full week later. What the flip.

They make T-shirts in USA not overseas. No excuse for this bullpappy. Also all of their job site ratings are frinking terrible because they treat their employees like stinky doo doo. (Have to get past language filters)

My order was obviously lost and never delivered. They took zero responsibility and offered no help. Guess my $200 is gone.

I purchased a shirt at the Slipknot concert from there booth on Friday went to there store Sat spent another 180 found out that there shirts run small so my wife and I had to bump our sizes up. Told them i had an un opened shirt at home from the concert and they said i would have to email. Well long story short they will not let me bring that unopened shirt back to exchange it. Unfortunately i like there products but will never buy from them again. Other companies make the same type of items.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve been a long time loyal customer of BCC and recently received an order where I ordered two x-large shirts. What came was so small, it could fit my child. When I emailed to inquire as to why the shirts were so tiny (because of course they don’t have a customer service number you can call), I was told they were accurate according to the Roman numerals on the tags of the shirt. So I asked about returning them so I could get a larger size and was told I’d have to return the free gift I got as well. So now I’m stuck giving one shirt to my daughter and feeling the need to lose weight considering they tailor all of their clothes toward stick thin women. Their clothes are also mostly 100% cotton, meaning they’ll shrink so I thought okay, I’ll get a 3XL and guess what? They have no 3XL women’s shirts. What a joke. When I told the representative I spoke to over email that I’d just keep it and get another in a bigger size, I asked if there was any way I could get a small discount code for all the inconvenience and was told they don’t offer that and have none to give out. Oddly enough, I googled blackcraft coupon codes and what do you know? There was one for 20% off, code “POISON”. So not only did they lie, but they gave awful customer service and while their clothes are cute, they’re basically made to fit unhealthily skinny women. Not to mention, everything on their website is ridiculously expensive for less than good quality material. I won’t be shopping with them anymore.

Their products aren't as good quality as they appear online. I got a $72(plus tax and shipping) satchel purse that feels made out of card board. It LOOKS nice, indoors, until you touch it and realize it's not very sturdy at all and realize you could have bought something similar for like $10 at Ross. I've used it only a handful of times and it's already folded and indented at the flap. If you set it down anywhere it will open and or tip over because the chain is too heavy for the purse and magnets are weak. Overall it's just not very functional day-to-day and borderline tacky with the materials they used :/

The t-shirt is gorgeous, but their sizing is ridiculous. I ordered a size Large, but the t-shirt that came was absolutely tiny. I always thought small, medium, large sizes were pretty standard, and I'm a comfortable medium, so the fact that the Large was too small for me is bizarre. I looked up the size chart after the purchase and it's very unclear - it doesn't even tell you what unit if measurement they're using. I emailed the company and asked if I could exchange without having to pay postage to the USA (I'm in the UK), but the reply I got was very short, saying that they don't provide return labels. Not impressed at all.

I've been ordering products from BCC for forever & it's sad to see how many negative reviews they have!? I recently just purchased a black bats travel tumbler from them and I loveee it so much! I'm Canadian, but I've been all the way to their beautiful HQ in Anaheim and every employee was a sweetheart and incredibly helpful, so thank you! I'll always be a returning customer :) p.s: the new pets line is great & i'll buy stuff for my weenie some time soon.

I was scared off of placing an order after reading many awful reviews. After giving it a lot of thought, I decided I'd try my luck. This company does have a lot of t-shirt designs that I absolutely love. So, I purchased a few, fully aware that this may have ended up being a nightmare. Long story short, I have no idea if it was just a fluke, I got lucky or what... but, my order was being prepared for shipping very shortly after placing it! It shipped quite quickly after that! Like, within maybe 24-48 hours, everything was already on its way to me! I was shocked, to say the least. It all arrived safe and sound. The shirts all fit. I usually wear an XL in t-shirts, but sized up to 2XL and even got a 3XL just in case. The 3XL was completely unnecessary, because for me, these shirts fit quite nicely. And I love that they don't have the really heavy print some shirts do. I live in a VERY hot climate, so the thinner shirt/design combination works perfectly for this area! I'm very happy with my purchase. I hope others go on to have good experiences with this company. I couldn't be happier.

I ordered a purse from BlackCraftCult a few months ago. A month later the stitching started to come off. I contacted the company and was given a partial refund. This week the magnetic clasp pulled off the purse because it wasn't attached well. Now the purse won't close and it hangs oddly because the strap is attached to the fold over part and not the bag. This was an expensive purchase for me and I've used it very lightly for the last few months. I contacted the company again and they can't do anything. Killstar has much better quality and I used that purse for a year without any issues. Its also fishy you can't leave reviews on the website

my package came very quickly. i was looking for a swimsuit that was sustainable, somewhat affordable(i knew i would be spending more than i would at target or hot topic), and in my style. it’s very hard but then they popped up in a google search. i was suspicious at first because i immediately got a coupon discount and usually that makes me think of fast fashion. i did my research and found that they are sustainable. my only complaint is that my clothes came in plastic but besides that i would shop from them. my suit suit does feel higher quality than something i would find at target or hot topic. i would also highly recommend taking measurements because i almost got a size smaller but i measured and i measured a size bigger. it fits very well especially for someone like me who is petite but has a very big chest.

I was really excited to get my bat pinstripe one piece for my trip to California. It is so cute. The size would have worked if I were a 200 pound toddler or didn't have a torso at all. They should let you know you can't be more than 3 feet tall to wear their products. Really looking forward to paying to ship it back.

I feel obligated to write a review, because there are so many bad reviews here, and it gave me anxiety when I ran into my own issues I had with BCC. So I have been a loyal customer for years, and I have never had an issue with their items before, besides sizing being a little inconsistent with their joggers. But luckily they always fit. But they accidentally sent me two women's small shirts instead of the men's sizes with my most recent purchase.

They communicated with me the entire time through email after I reached out. Honestly they got back with me pretty quickly from the start.Sometimes it takes a few days for them to get back to you, but that is understandable! They're a popular business! But they sent me a return label, apologized for their mistake, and it only took a week or so to get the shirts back! Just got them today! I am very relieved and happy!! I will definitely continue shopping with them after this experience.

Awesome, awesome, awesome, love black craft cult clothing. I have made several purchases from here, and everything has been great. They have awesome sales, there shirts are fire, shipping is pretty fast. Shipping cost can be high, but if you buy over 25 dollars worth of merchandise, then you get free shipping. There are a few shirts I want, but they are always out of stock, please restock them, and I will buy more. Never had an issue, premium clothing, all an atheist could as for, thanks!

Their sizes are absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a large in their unisex joggers and they were the size of a women's medium at most (which you know womens and unisex sizes are very different). I sent the 2 pairs of joggers back to be exchanged for a 2xl. When they got them, instead of exchanging the items, they just issued a refund and claimed that they did not have the sizes in stock. When I checked their site, they had the one pair in stock. So instead of just exchanging the 1 pair, I had to repurchase them and pay another shipping cost. In total, I spent $30 on just shipping because you have to pay to send items back to them. I just received the 2xl joggers and they're BARELY bigger than the large. So if you aren't small and tiny, don't order from here.

They have a sale for 40% off but make up for it in shipping with it being $18 shipping no matter what you buy. The shipping was more than one of the shirts I wanted to buy! I will never buy from them that is beyond crazy.

Got a mystery box from them I do wish you had the option to choose a different pant size and shirt size. my shirts fit nice but the pants are a little snug. All the clothing is very comfortable though and I'm sure my wife will enjoy the joggers.
