I would leave 0 stars if I could

I would leave 0 stars if I could! Avoid avoid avoid! I was scammed out of £550 worth of garden furniture which I purchased through wowcher. I’ve contacted PayPal who luckily I purchased the items with have raised a dispute. My garden sofa was due to arrive 14/11/21 waited all day and it never arrived so I contacted black feather and after 2 emails they just stopped responding. The email replies were also very unprofessional. So I contacted wowcher who also have terrible customer service and they’ve said I have to wait for black feather to respond and they don’t dispatch the item and ultimately can’t help. Therefore if after a certain amount of days, wowcher can’t resolve, PayPal will allow me to claim the money back. Wish I google black feather before purchasing but because wowcher are supposed to be a reputable brand I didn’t think they’d do business with a shoddy, scamming nonexistent company.

This site is 1 big con

This site is 1 big con. I chose the £20 Garden mystery gift with all that was showing thought it would be good but no I got a hosepipe that was.nt very long was.nt in a box just came in a small bin liner sort of bag . You can buy stronger and better on market, I would advise everyone to keep there money as they just rip you off, giving you flimsy broken things instead of the items they say you can win. They need stopping quick as a lot of people are losing there hard earned money on the crap they give you

DONT DO IT

DONT DO IT! It’s obvious no one is buying off this site, hence why they have to use Wowcher to scam you. I stupidly bought the £19.99 electronic deal….wouldn’t mind if I got a speaker! That’s electronic Yh….no! I got a mini laptop TABLE! That’s not electronic and I don’t have a laptop and if I did want one I would of bought off eBay the exact same one for £12.99 instead of almost £25! Wowcher should be shut down!

SCAM

SCAM

I purchased a wowcher for a garden mystery prize. There were 2 options - £9.99 & £19.99. I opted for the £19.99 thinking the prizes sounded much better. I then had to pay £3.99 postage. There were things like hot tubs, rattan garden furniture sets, BBQs, trampolines etc as well as a Bluetooth speaker. Well I received the Bluetooth speaker just like every other review I've seen on here and Facebook. It's light, flimsy, doesn't last very long and not even worth £5. It's like a cheap gadget you see on tiktok! Blackfeather must be laughing whilst rubbing their hands together after this scam! And they've had the cheek to put another one on wowcher and upped the price by £1 too! All of these speakers should be refunded as its clearly a huge scam and this was the only 'prize'

1 star is generous

I ordered the mystery garden deal from Wowcher. I paid £9.99 and roughly £3 delivery. I received a damaged speaker that didn’t even work. Went through Wowcher who gave an email for black feather complaints. I complained and asked for a refund, still haven’t had a response or my refund. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Wow just wow. Paid £20 for the mystery deal plus 3.99 delivery. Received my order today and it was a tiny Chinese speaker that is squeeky and crackly? Like how can these people get away with this? Every single review almost is the same small cheap speaker you can get on ebay for a 5vr. Shocking waiting on a response for a refund money grabbing A$$ holes!!!!!!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I have still not delivered my cooling unit! they never answer the phone! I emailed them twice and they keep saying its on the way for the past month when the tracking states otherwise. I have now contacted the holding company KEPLIN to see what they have to say. I will take this up with my bank and ombudsman.

Do not purchase anything from this…

Do not purchase anything from this company via wowcher.
Like many ordered a premium 20.00 mystery garden deal - cheap Chinese Bluetooth speak arrived, worth 4.00.
When contacted customer service was told this tat was on both list for standard and premium made available on wowcher.
I doubt anyone would get anything else with these mystery deals. Avoid them they won’t refund. The whole thing is a scam and I fell for it. Wowcher should be ashamed having them on their website.

Mystery deal SCAM

Purchased a garden mystery deal £23.99 including postage. A French speaking, crackly, cheap, plastic speaker turned up. Asked for a refund via the WhatsApp chat, completely unhelpful as advised I had received the correct item. Have now emailed the company. The mystery deal appears to be a complete scam. Do not use!

£20 mystery box - Faulty item that’s worth no more than £6

I purchased a £20 mystery electronic box. I received a faulty Gizmo city 8.5 inch lcd writing and drawing tablet that doesn’t even work! As if the mystery prize wasn’t insulting enough(these can be purchased for £6 on Amazon), it’s pink so I thought my 4 year old daughter can at least throw it around the room or use it as a football for amusement. The tablet doesn’t even work as described and the drawing doesn’t clear with a touch of the button as stated on the instructions. What a waste of money and time, stay well clear of these mystery boxes from black feather.
