Shipping is supposed to be 5-7 days & it’s taking at least 15 days to receive my order

My initial order was placed on 02/08 & have yet 2 receive it, this company had a sale so decided ok to order again on 02/14, to my surprise, I get a notification from this company saying that both of my orders were shipped on 02/19, so my initial order 02/08 was never even shipped, but is now being shipped with my 2nd order, this company she reply with accurate information when responding to a negative review

I love love Black label lipo. Her products are very high quality. I have ordered lipob/c and GAC! I love these the best. I will be ordering the vitamins soon. Customer service has been great too. She ships fast and responds to you fast.

BLL products are solid, but there’s a significant delay between the order date and the date of shipping.

It would almost be better to NOT inform when the product was actually shipping and try to get my brain to process that it really does take 3 weeks to get my order. :(

I’ve been a customer for a couple of years and plan to remain one, but this has been an issue the whole time. I’d love to see this improve for the growth of the company in the near future.

I ordered the NAD Plus and the pins came pre-filled which was awesome and came with some free facemasks Products that was pretty cool. I had a question and reached out to Kim on TikTok and she responded the same day. I’m not new to taking GLP ones, but I am new to taking other peptides so just trying to learn.
