Return and Replacement - Same Day!
A faulty laptop was picked up, and replaced, on the exact same day - no waiting for the return to arrive to the retailer, no checking the product, I was taken at my word, and the faulty item was accepted, picked up at no cost, and a new one delievered all on the same day. This minimised disruption - and was absolutely excellent!
