I accidentally ordered an extra item - rang through and it was no trouble to fix, guy was very helpful and refunded my money straight away - my order arrived very quickly and it works a treat.

Switch lighting doesn't match factory
Fast posting product worked as intended.
However switch does not match the rest of factory switches which I didn't realize. Doesn't light up with factory headlights only when turned on. Then it's yellow.
Missed the mark for 5 stars.

Had a delay with the shipping due to no stock of product
Had a delay with the shipping due to having nil stock of the Controller for my car. The manager was very professional and caring that I have been notified very early through the process. I have been given real timeframe to when I will get the product. Came exactly on time, I was also given free express shipping and some free products to accomodate. Will very highly recommend this company our 4WD community!
