The resistance band and roller are…
The resistance band and roller are amazingly good quality and have helped my recovery big time. The roller I ordered was out of stock originally but they contacted me and assured me they would send it as soon as it'd come back in stock...which they did.

Hi Dan, we can understand that you are disappointed. But the good news is that your order might be a lot closer to you than indicated in the tracking details. Your order was shipped with Australia Post shortly after you placed it with us, but Australia Post is going through a really busy time, hence there might be delays not only in shipping but also with updating of tracking information from their end. So there is a really good chance you will receive your order shortly, even though the tracking shows it is still in WA. Again, we are sorry about this but in this case it is in the hands of Australia Post to get the parcel to you and to send the correct tracking details.
