Blacksnow.dk stole my money
I have had the worst experience with Blacksnow.dk after buying a ski helmet for Christmas.
As the helmet was too small (which was of course not their mistake) I had to return it. I first tried to get a larger one in return, but this was out of stock (which also is fair). But then the trouble started. I returned the helmet more than two months back, and I have still not received my money back, which I should have according to their purchasing conditions. I also have a confirmation from the postal operator that Blacksnow.dk have received the package.
In addition I was charged VAT for the original package (as it was cross border to Norway), despite the webpage stating that VAT is covered. I emailed with Blacksnow.dk and was told to pay the VAT invoice, and then they would reimburse me. I did so (quite stupid in retrospect) and still a month later I am waiting for the money. They have also stopped responding to my emails.
I would recommend never shopping from Blacksnow.dk.
