I would give them zero stars if possible. I so wished that I would have read reviews prior to letting my step dad order from this company. Placed order on January 6th, 2021. Received a tracking number on January 19th, 2021 for my order. Tracking located this package in Secaucus, NJ. First reached out on March 8th, 2021 regarding my order. It is now April 27th, 2021 and I have yet to receive my order nor has the tracking information updated. Thankfully, I reached out to my credit card company roughly a month ago and have since been reimbursed. I received an "update on my order" from a "Josh" that says the exact same thing- "I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Your concern has been escalated to my supervisor. I will send another follow up message to her regarding your package. We'll get back to you for an update as soon as possible. Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued patience and understanding. If you have any additional questions. Please feel free to ask." I have received the EXACT same message the past 3 weeks. Seriously the worse company I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the trouble!

i ordered 3 of the magazine loaders and i was supposed to get 5. pay for 3 and receive 5. i received 3 and it took almost 2 months to get them.

Do not ever,ever,ever buy any products from them. This a CHINA SCAM company. They will take your money and the products do not work or you never receive them.

I ordered 67.00 worth of stuff from this place on march 29th and never heard from them,i sent emails and no response,no woder it says black steals they will steal your money,i ws wondering why there were no number to call SCAM SCAM SCAM

I wish I would've read these Reviews 1st. My Dad works for Customs of the United States. These Items come from China not the US blacksteals.. You suck and Karma is a B.... josh c....

I’d give them less than a whole star if at all possible. Ordered speed loader, but never received it. But I do get these disingenuous emails welcoming to the “family”. What did I become a member of? A criminal enterprise? This company needs to be shutdown and investigated by FTC.Going to change my CC as well as they have my number and who knows what else they will”STEAL”

Like everyone else on here..this company is horrible and needs to be shut down. I purchased a speed loader a month ago..still tracking as shipping label created...i emailed them and it took a week for a response ...i said i wanted to cancel my order buy they wouldnt cancel it....I finally went to my credit card company and disputed the charge saying i never received the item..waiting on that now ...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY.

Same as everybody else. Ordered 01/31/2021 and as of 04/05/2021. Company is a scam and "Josh C" needs to be locked up. Nothing but BS and lies! I'm sure he's laughing after every order. Hopefully he won't be laughing much longer!

My review is the same as all these other reviews. I've been had like so many others. There should be a way to stop Blacksteals from ripping off people.
I ordered a product that hasn't been delivered and keep getting the run around BS about this and that in a bogus cordial manner while I know they are laughing all the way to the bank. I know I won't get my money back and as far as my purchase goes IF I EVER RECIEVE IT, I'll through it away.

This company is horrible , unfortunately I did order something without realizing how bad they are. Three attempts to contact them with no response . This company should be investigated and shut down. Nothing with this company is what it appears to be. BBB should know about this . I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN

If there was a way to give BlackSteal no stars I would have done it! I paid for and inquired about a refund several times because I never received the merchandise. The first response after 40 days was the delivery was delayed. The second response was I had to except the merchandise and return it. Well it’s been over 60 days now! If this is a form of high tech theft then I don’t know what to call it. I wouldn’t do business with these guys point blank because something smells really bad....

Took 5 weeks to receive product, it did not function as advertised, was a conceal carry shirt that gun actually fell out of.took them three weeks to get back with me to be able to return said product. Returned said product per USPS tracking 2/26/2021. Still no responses from them other than they are busy and will get to it eventually.
Their contact Josh C is all I get. No customer service phone number. And they’re trying to do business under multiple different Facebook pages.

I ordered a concealed carry shirt from this site on Jan 1, 2021 and didn’t receive it until Feb 5th. My gun falls through the holster pockets and the pockets that are supposed to hold your magazine are sewn upside down. I emailed them about their faulty shirt and the response I got was from Josh stating I can’t get a refund per their refund policy (no refunds due to Covid, no refunds without original packaging, you must request a refund within 30 days of purchase even though I didn’t even receive it in 30 days from purchase, etc ). This company is a joke and will steal your money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered the concealed weapon shirts. I paid for the expedited shipping but it took forever like about a month to receive. The communication during that time was horrible and continued to be so once I finally received the shirts because my gun falls through and the heavier gun sags down after I made several attempts on both sides with placement. The person I was communicating with during this bad experience is named Josh according to the email and he has been rude and not helpful at all in trying to return the shirts.

Stole my money. Took the money never shipped the order. Respond but refuse refund. No phone # only email

Placed order Jan. 2 21 they got their money Jan. 4 21. By feb.3 21 nothing showed up and they didn't even bother to acknowledge receipt . Feb. 4 21 asked for refund and still no response. Worst customer service seems more like a scam. Sounds like enough complaints for a class action suit.
