Home Buyers report / Lease valuation
Excellent service from Blackstone Surveyors at a competitive price. Report was provided within days and was comprehensive. Excellent recommendations led to a price renegotiation and a more informed view about my purchase. A lease extension valuation was also produced. Great availability for questions and overall excellent work. Highly recommended and will use again when needed.

I would highly recommend Blackstone Surveyors. They are very professional, economical, very knowledgeable, and provide me a comprehensive report promptly. It does save me a lot of money by getting to know the defects and to renegotiate the agreed price. Five stars from me and I am sure you wouldn't be disappointed!
