why is the company not replying to my email!! they just stole from me 26$ just like that!! just keep on giving bad reviews to go against the reviews they put on themselves!! fight for truth!!

1. I was trying to get a virtual phone number to receive SMS. However; I was forced to complete the verification-process (KYC) first and then I've tried to verify my identity but it didn't really work well.

2. Before I can verify my identity, I had to make at least one payment (refill credits) so I decided quickly to add 10 EUR into my account.

3. I went to the KYC process ("bundle") and everytime when I tried to upload a picture of my passport, then I get the error-code "File is larger than 5mb" although the file had only a size of 1,9mb.

4. I wrote a support ticket and since (approximately) TWO WEEKS they're not even reacting to my support-request after repeated inquiries.

5. There's no way to get my 10 EUR back. Because of the small amount of damage of 10 EUR I will not take legal action now.

Be that as it may — Don't let them fool you, the whole website is fake and they obviously don't even have an imprint.

In his webpage say: Whatsapp SIM, virtual number to use with Whatsapp. But when you cant connect the number with WA say: we cant offer support for third services -.-

Shitties provider ever and a SCAM!

They advertise as they provide "Whatsapp Sim", charge 15EUR for it.

But when I purchased it, I got an error:
"(Phone number) is not a valid mobile number for the country United States".

So they knowingly scam people and don't provide refunds or support afterwards.

Pathetic.

could not even sign up, misleading pricing. website said 'not enough credit' message when just trying to sign up . badly programmed website. No Chatbox to ask for help.

Just scam. Not worked any numbers.

Laut der Preisliste von Blacktel kosten Anrufe nach Polen mit dem Code +48 und dem Prefix 484 pro Minute 0,31€. Mir aber wurden 11,25€ berechnet - und das für eine VERBINDUNGSDAUER VON 11 SEKUNDEN.

11,25€ für 0 Minuten und 9 Sekunden? Wie ist sowas möglich?

According to Blacktel's price list, calls to Poland with the code +48 and the prefix 484 cost €0.31 per minute. But I was charged €11.25 - for a CONNECTION DURATION OF 11 SECONDS.

€11.25 for 0 minutes and 9 seconds? How is that possible?

GET SCAMMED CUSTOMERS WITH TRICKS?

For a call with the Prefex +487 we were charged €0.58 for 0 minutes, 17 seconds today. According to the price list, however, it should cost €0.31 per minute. Don't be deceived.

I Get a Free Trial To test The Number Works For My Needs Or Not But This Number Doesn't Work For Nothing Without Whatsapp So Be an Attention Of This SCAMMER!!!! Also, I Deposit 20$ And I Request A Refound For It But Thy Say "Because we sell digital goods we can only make refunds if you don't use our products yet."
