So far So good.. Been looking for a service like this... Lets hope it doesnt get spammed and lets also hope that different companies dont recognize it as a VOIP

Worst customer service I have seen in years. No phone number to contact them. To give you an idea of how bad they are, they literally have this text above the submit button in reference to response time expectations, "We are not robots!". Today when you fill out the form to contact them it won't let you submit and it gives this moronic message about how to delete your account. "You can delete your account in Dashboard -> Settings-> Account. Due to security you have to enter your current password."
There is no way to proceed, and no way to contact the company. If you relied on these numbers for business you would be screwed. Because who knows how long it will be before they realize nobody can contact them....

At least a robot would respond to help requests with some intelligence.

Their recurring billing system is useless as it will only charge the base monthly amount and not the extra charges to forward calls. So you think that your all set with payments and then they shut off the number with no warning, no emails, no messages and then the number is lost forever.

They have no history of charges and no invoices unless you get a business account. There is zero history of what was charged against your balance...

This site has countless fake 5 star reviews of which I am sure they created themselves. Look at the older reviews, all bad, all 1 star, then all of a sudden every few days a 5 star review with similar comments.... ## Update: Another user posted that they are giving credits if you give them a good review.... not surprising.

If I could give this company a -100 stars that is what I would give it.

It´s good, that you can get a virtual number.
I don´t like, that you have to invest a significant amount of money (at least 10€) to get a number.

It's a very good service if you don't want to give out your real number to companies, or if you just want an online telephone number.

Best of all, blacktel is here to solve your problem.
