Best place to buy and rent numbers.

quite honestly, this is the best service out there. I am able to call and text and receive codes as if I live there. only thing is, the price. its quite expensive (but I haven't found anything cheaper)

would definitely recommend.

Avoid! Services not working as advertised

Avoid! Services not working as advertised

Blacktel.io offers virtual numbers on their website with inbound & outbound SMS capabilities. Their service offering does not state that inbound SMS does not work internationally - I opened an account with them in order to setup a South African virtual mobile number with international inbound SMS support: This clearly does not work.

On raising a support ticket with them their response was "There is nothing we can do, that are local restrictions from the country. "

What a massive waste of time

Avoid Blacktel, as others indicate

As other people indicate, this is a scam.
I purchased a number, mostly it didn't work. Their help says "We will answer every single question in about 1 - 2 business days!" but they never answer.
They may ask for a scan of your passport and other national ID for regulatory purposes. This is worrying because they don't say who they are or where they are located.
The "About" statement is brief and merely states that they are fond of privacy. There's no chance you'll get your money back.
