I placed on order for next day…
I placed on order for next day delivery, received next day but did not. The $70.00 next day delivery was explained in the FAQ after the fact that it is only business days. After a lengthy call I was informed I didn't read the website in its entirety or call or chat to find this information out. All true, but in this case, it was for a funeral, a little distraught over the passing. Thats why the entire website was not read.
None the less was told it was my fault for not inquiring, and I will not be refunded my shipping.
So, before you do business with the only two employees on site, you better cover all of your bases because these customer service individuals will only point out its your responsibility to cover all of their information before you purchase no matter what the case. Oh yes read the FAQ and make sure you notice the expedited costs that are available but not mentioned at checkout
