Always a worry when online shopping but l took a chance on Blackwell Jewellers. I am so glad l did. Their communication and service is exceptional. I posted my items for repair on Tuesday, delivered to them on Wednesday and received them back to me on Friday. Not only that, but beautifully packaged. The prices were unbeatable. I can only say, l am a fan and they are my number one go to for jewellery purchase and repairs.

This was the best experience I ever had buying jewellery, next day special delivery before 1pm which was excellent. The ring I bought I am really happy with and the price was very reasonable considering gold prices today, I couldn’t find a ring at this price anywhere and also came well presented in a nice jewellery box, also adjusted to your specific ring size before dispatching. I will definitely use Blackwell jewellers again in the near future because they are a very professional jewellers, well deserved 5 stars from me.

i would be extremely cautious about buying gold online from this store. After placing an order for nearly £2000 and not recieving it the owner james has refused to refund my money despite the evidence proving my item was not delivered to me under a special delivery. james understands he is breaking the law but has now gone on to engore my emails after he has attempted to use every excuse without reason not to give me my money. I have had to go through my bank for a charge back and will attempt to claim damages from blackwells.

Theresa and Sarah at the Gravesend store were absolutely professional, friendly and understanding and made me feel very comfortable.My auntie left me some jewellery and Theresa was very understanding and sympathetic and I decided to sell it as I don't wear gold I've never done anything like that before and I ended purchasing a stunning tresor large pendant and matching earrings from the proceeds from my auntie jewellery. Amazing place to go to. Definitely recommend to friends.

Great local jewellers in Bexleyheath, Kent. I have just had 2 gold rings repaired/altered: my wife's engagement ring has a new gold band and my gold wedding ring now fits a slightly bigger finger! Great prices and service.

My local family jewellers, I have used Blackwells for years in Bexleyheath they always go above and beyond. I have recently had my wedding rings made there by Russell out of some family gold. I could not be happier with them. He also made some earings for the day. Would highly recomend.
