Bots - Artificial Streams
This company Spotifypromote.com who also use an Alias name Blackwhitepromotions.com use Bots - Artificial streams. I was recently sent a Spotify Excel spreadsheet with 14 of my songs that were Artificial streamed in May. Upon reviewing my Invoices I had paid this company USD $480 for monthly listener promotion. I have the evidence that was sent to me by my musical distributor who will be penalised $10 sterling a month on each song unless it is contested. Even so I still face a loss on all streaming revenue for that month of May on those 14 songs as Spotify retain any Bot plays.
I had emailed the company with a chargeback request & my story, the reply was they don't accept royalty payments or anything in regards to copyright notices. Well this was stupid reply as the topic was about Artificial streaming or the use of Bot plays.
To add insult to that they accused me slandering & defaming the company. the rep there is on a totally different planet.
Blackwhitepromotion were selected to carry out legitimate promotions to increase my Spotify page however they had now ruined it.
I am pursuing a charge-back for USD $480 back into my Pay Pal.?
I can submit emails & evidence to Trust-pilot if requested.
