Lawrence contacted me last year when I left my previous company. Unlike many recruitment companies Lawrence is genuinely interested in you, he helped with general advice and practical support rewriting my CV. He didn’t need to do that but it feels typical that this organisation is there as much for the candidates as the firms that select them for their search needs. Lawrence stays in regular contact, again he doesn’t need too but he genuinely wants to support his professionals. I hope to work with this firm in the future both as a candidate and as a customer.
