SCAM - Do NOT buy from this company!

Same experience as other reviewers here, goods were incredibly cheap copies of the items on their website that you would never want to wear, sent from China, and took weeks to arrive. They will try and fob you off with a 10% refund to keep the items instead of taking a return. If you do insist on returning for a refund, they will insist you send it back to an address in China rather than the UK warehouse address on their website (note, they do NOT occupy the UK warehouse unit they list - I checked with the industrial park the unit is on, and they confirmed that unit had been empty for 6 months).
As soon as I realised this was a scam, I started a chargeback request with my bank. It took over a month, and I did have to return the items as requested by the seller, to comply with their conditions, but my bank did eventually issue an official dispute to the seller - and the day after, I got a full refund. I'm still £12 down for postage to China, but that's better than £65 down to these scammers.

Do not order from this company. The quality of the clothes is appalling. Ordered a denim dress for 37.95. It was not denim. Tried to return it and they wanted 25£ to return thr item. I did manage to get a 20% refund but the retun process is not good.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Blaine London, operates as a dropshipping business.Even though the company uses a British sounding name, advertises local shipping, and is owned by a Dutch e-commerce entity, they do not own or run a physical warehouse in the UK or the Netherlands. Though they show an address in Rainham, Essex and the Nethlands. Instead, they act as a middleman that routes your order directly from third-party manufacturing suppliers based in China.
Ordered Jacket in 2 sizes, after 3 weeks a package arrived, but not with what I ordered, no paperwork included. I was told it was out of stock and they decided to send a replacement order (which I did not request). Quality poor, Item price £29+. Found the same item on Temu for £12.75. As I didn't ask for replacement wanted to return items and receive full refund. Here we go, was offered 5% refund and to keep item. After a week, I finally got them to send me a returns form, but oh nooo, the return was to China, which to insure package (just incase they say they didnt receive it) and have it tracked £25.00. (I accepted in the end a 20% refund and kept the order (after spending £54.00). A lot of hassle, Lesson learnt! What may seem like a UK based company or at least a warehouse etc in UK, be extremely careful, and check any unknown company, whether they sound British or otherwise, to actually find out who owns them and their returns policies. (Theirs policy stated, 30 days guaranatee money back) I assume with all the bad reviews, they will change the name, and appear as someone else, so be warned. Check on Trustpilot or other platforms, before purchasing anything from China.

Do not buy from this company. I bought a pair of shoes that were meant to be leather but they were some cheap synthetic material with a funny smell and they are super uncomfortable! They don’t send a return label and the return has to be sent to China which the customer must pay.

Despite the name Blaine London, this is a drop shipping company from China. I bought 2 dresses but the quality was poor and the sizing very small. I asked for a return address and then the fun started. Lots of delays and trying to fob me off with partial refunds. Turns out you have to ship the items back to China at your own expense. This is contrary to the Customer Contracts Regulations as this is NOT made clear before you purchase. Despite pointing out their legal requirements they are still refusing to cover postage or provide a UK returns address. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and pursuing this through my credit card.

Bought two dresses for £80 in good faith but the return policy is having you ship very cheap looking clothes back to China at huge cost. An attempt to stop you from following up on the refund. The photos make the clothes look smart but on arrival they are nothing like the photos.

Blaine London are not UK based, only a warehouse address but the company HQ is based in the Netherlands shipping cheap garments from China and clearly do not want to refund your money. IF you are going to use them, read the Terms in detail!
Will never use again. Awful experience.

Avoid this website. Delivery took over 3 weeks and the quality was extremely poor. When I tried to return the items, I was told I had to send them back to China at my own expense for international shipping, which is extortionate. None of this was clearly stated on the website or in the Terms & Conditions before purchase- in fact they have a UK warehouse address online which is extremely misleading!

Scam! Ordered a linen shirt and 6 weeks later a cheap polyester shirt arrived. Once I complained they offered a 10% refund or pay the cost of shipping back to China which was more than the shirt was worth. They hope you'll give up because of the hassle. Not me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Took over 3 weeks to deliver. Extremely poor quality. When trying to return asking to return to China and pay for international shipping. Nothing stating this on website or Terms & Conditions
