The website says 30-day returns. I tried to change the refund within an hour of purchase because their VPN doesn't work with Google Labs. Refunds are not provided, even though they quickly checked before the purchase and made sure that if anything wasn't right, the money would be refunded without any hassle!

Fast download and upload speed
Fast download and upload speed, instant tech support, quite reliable connection (sometimes need to restart the services or change the country to access the Internet, but that is normally because of the VPN restrictions imposed inside my country). The Blanc team keeps adding new servers worldwide and updating the service to overcome any new restrictions. Also, I like that you can add multiple devices to one account. Have a nice day everyone!

My favorite VPN
BlancVPN is great! I use it both on my smartphone and PC, so it helps me browse the web even in these hard times. I also share it with my parents.
BlancVPN offers high connection speeds. I don't even notice that I use a VPN most of the time. It is sufficient to watch high quality videos on YouTube, open elaborate websites and even make video calls. I hope it will be adequate for online games too, if Steam gets banned...
Customer service of BlancVPN is awesome. Operator answers within 5 minutes, there is no bot, that you should talk your way through to finally talk to a living person. And their operators are professionals. They always help me to solve my problems, even unusual ones (such as installing VPN on Arch Linux).
Also this VPN has locations all over the globe, so I can view YouTube ads in different languages 😅
BlancVPN is not cheap, but it never lets me down. I highly recommend it.

Blanc VPN is the worst
Blanc VPN is the worst. I paid for annual subscription, nothing came to my mail, subscription is not activated in my personal cabinet. I write to the support chat on the site, they answer with one message every 15-20 minutes. Send a screenshot of the payment, give me your e-mail, I sent everything and the operator went into the sunset. I am sitting for the third hour waiting, but apparently he/she is already perfectly spending the evening on my money, I still have not activated the service. I fell for Dudya's advert:) With such support I do not advise to contact them. And this I have not checked the speed yet, because before the purchase it can not be done. Probably the same bottom as the support. This is the third service that I try to use, the other 2 are bottom in speed, I can't say anything about the speed of Blanc VPN, because the tariff is not activated by them.

Works just fine tbh
I've been using this VPN for a while, and it’s been great. The number of server locations is impressive—you can always find what you need, even in less common regions. Support is also solid; they’re quick to respond and actually helpful. Overall, it just works well without any hassle.
