She came across very efficient and knowledgeable.
This made us decide to use there services to survey the
Property we were purchasing.
Matthew carried out an excellent survey and very informative.

Assisted with completion of a Probate Valuation and Land Registry compliant plan. Very pleasant, helpful, without fuss and speedy.

Excellent service from these guys. I got a thorough report and after the report was issued, Matt the surveyor welcomed any calls I had and discussed any issues I raised about the property with me. Best money I ever spent. Getting a surveyor's report is an investment and can save you lots of money and hassles!

Jessica and the team at Blanking Associates have been amazing throughout the whole home buying process. From the initial phonecall, to the extensive report, through to the follow up emails - just to check in with us and that all was okay. Honestly couldn’t thank Jessica at Blanking Associates enough. She went above and beyond to help us, working late hours into the evening when I was annoying her with emails and phone calls! Jessica even drafted emails for me to send to our estate agents to fight our corner. Delivered the report on time, the surveyor was friendly and answered all of my questions. Overall painless experience, will use again in the future and would 100% recommend.

They were very responsive and helpful however the report contains numerous standard wordings regarding to extension/conversion/conservatory which doesn’t apply to my house. It caused confusion to my solicitors and lender.
