If I could give 20 stars I would! The best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m new to sublimation and ordered the wrong ink. Instead of just sending them out they phoned me to tell me & changed my order to suit. Absolutely fantastic. Also the best value I could find. All packaged safe & fast delivery. I will only use this company from now on. Thank you.

This company is awesome. Any problems and they are on it straight away. They care about their customers, whether you are ordering thousands of items or simply 10 or 20, it doesn’t matter to them you are just as important. Delivery is fast and efficient and always arrives carefully packed. I have never had any breakages through transportation. The item quality is second to none and always comes out with amazing results.

Order arrived quickly, happy with what I purchase and will buy from them again.

Product quality not the best in my order. Had an issue with 1 item (4 out of 10 affected) that was resolved but with the bare minimum of effort. Unsure whether I will order again.
Edited to respond to reply. I appreciate that you replied quickly and replaced the 4 £1.44 makeup bags. I had ordered further bags and received the replacement 4 makeup bags in this order. In essence I paid for the bags and the shipping as part of my further order why is why I said the bare minimum to correct the issue which I think is fair. As the bags appear to be in packs of 5 someone actively removed a bag which seems a bit over zealous in the circumstances?

I have worked with this company for a while now and they have been very good! Excellent quality items. You can see that they are testing them before they put them for sale. Quick despatch, fast communication, very good packaging. Once something arrived broken, but they replaced it immediately. So nice to see them grow! Keep going!

Blanks Sublimation are absolutely like no other company I've met along this crazy journey of Sublimation.

Picture this... The printer and heat press still in the boxes with no idea where to start (Yep! We've all been there). Well, 2 weeks later, I've order 20 of everything I can find, but the printer and heatpress have not moved. The pressure is on. I'm looking at every post and video I can find but still no confidence to actually start and I was getting more confused by the hour!

This is where Blanks Sublimation come into it. I first saw Charly on social media (before I even knew about the company). Typically she was offering advice to someone struggling, pretty must the same as me. I asked for help and the very next day, with Charly and Micheals help and support, I was sat with my very first completed coaster on the desk!

The knowledge and support these two people radiate is outstanding. Their positive, patient, humorous, honest natures gave me the strength to start on this journey that I'm now, absolutely loving!

No hidden fee’s like a lot of the other sites, super quick delivery and the items are high quality. The only thing I’ll say is don’t pay attention to their recommendations for time and temperature.

I did 360 for 80 seconds and it worked great.
