Shirt did arrive within about six weeks of ordering, but it's totally unlike the image in the photograph, which looked like a fairly substantial sweatshirt with a fleece lining. What I got was a flimsy garment made from what appears to be artificial silk, all smooth and shiny and extremely thin. Looks like what an actor playing a Siamese prince in an amateur theater production would wear. It goes straight to Goodwill.

Clothes and jackets are horrible, not as pictured or described, sizes are two times smaller than stated, no free returns and refunds take weeks to months... clothes came from China and took seven weeks to get...shop somewhere else

Only reason I am giving a 1 star is because I can’t give a 0 star. I have not received my items yet nor a tracking number!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Wrong sizes that they refuse to acknowledge on the 1/2 of the order that was delivered. The remainder of the order is "in the country." They have already charged my credit card for full amount. Learned a very expensive lesson. Have paid for items that are not here or wrong sized and can not use. BUYER BEWARE.

Worst customer service!! Each time you contact them the forms do not go through for a multitude of reasons. DO NOT USE BLAROKEN UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

I have been waiting on this shirt for almost a month I’m getting to wonder if it’s coming

There should be a minus star option.
Placed an order for 2 tops in November (money left my account on 15th November, little over £61).
They arrived about 2 weeks later. The fabric quality was way below standard and L was more like XXL.
I have requested a return numerous times only to fail due to the code from their website being ‘invalid’. I have emailed customer service several times and received automated message ‘you will receive a response in 72 hours’…. It’s now 1st Jan 2023 and I am still waiting for that response. Conveniently there doesn’t seem to be a phone number anywhere either. Don’t buy from this company!

Quick! Clear your cookies and don't go back on sight. This place is a scam. Only set up to steal money and all info & data!!... They will also start spamming you with other sister company's with virtually same items, different sight to keep trying until you connect/click/send something they need to hack you!...Stay away!!. Also they will keep sending generic info request. Ask questions I believe to get more info to hack.
ALL REVIEWS ON THEIR STUFF ARE FAKE!... UNFORTUNATELY THOSE REVIEWS GAVE ME FALSE COMFORT THAT THE SIGHT WAS REPUTABLE. I ALREADY USE PAYPAL THINKING THAT WILL PROTECTED ME FROM SCAMMERS. WE SHALL SEE IF PAYPAL NOW LIVES UP TO THEIR TRUSTED NAME.

Postal problems understood. Only three of four items arrived two of those completely wrong. My own fault should have read reviews. Expensive lesson learned. Never again. Can't contact them, e-mail just get bounced. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE ! !

Order was never filled but they were quick to get their money. No answers to e mail.

Order two shirts way before the holidays so that it arrives on time for Christmas. Still have not received them. No phone number online to reach out. Sent a message and no reply. This is ridiculous.

Still haven’t received my package it’s been 3 weeks can’t even tell if it’s been shipped

I ordered 6 shirts and received 4 shirts that I didn't order. They won't refund, they insist I pay expensive shipment back to China. SCAM. They also won't refund the money for the 2 shirts they didn't ship. So basically, they stole my money and mailed me some odd stuff. I intend to peruse them through every consumer rights agency.

SCAM,SCAM,SCAM....And don't expect them to get back to you..Horrible company!!! Now on to the nest site...

I want to leave no stars! This company mails with fake mailing labels. I paid 15.99 for S&H. Post office held it because i still owed 6.75$. Post office clerk said mailing label is fake and this company is making money off anyone who orders. I ordered an XL and received a 3XL. No good to me . Scam for sure!

I ordered 13 shirts from this place. I received 13 shirts, but only 4 of them were what I ordered. The others were random duplicates of shirts I didn't order. I emailed them and sent them photos (per their request) of the wrong shirts. They asked if I was willing to keep the shirts and I said no. I wanted the shirts I ordered. So, they responded asking if I was willing to keep the shirts if they gave me a $67 credit. Of course I said no because I wanted what I ordered or a refund. Why would I lose over $100 dollars for a $67 credit? So, their next email they said how expensive it would be to return them and asked if I wanted the $67 credit. Again, I said no and asked for what I ordered or a refund. They stopped responding to my emails. So, you may get lucky once with what you ordered, but the Blaroken site is just a waste of money.

This website is a joke!! Do Not Order from this website!! I ordered 2 hoodies Dec 10 and my order still says being processed?? I tried canceling my order and it says Failed order cancellation can not be processed. I emailed them hoping I’ll get my money back but from the looks of all the bad reviews about this company I hardly doubt I will receive my money back.

Absolute trash company. No customer service whatsoever. Clueless and dumb when they finally do answer. They refuse to just tell you how far ur order is along or what u even ordered but instead try to take information they don't need. Do not buy from this company.

Takes a month + for them to ship, and it takes them 3 days to reply to anything and you can't even get a refund

I made my purchase on Nov 21st, still not receive my shirts ! my son bday is comes and they still NOT SHIPPING???
Send me email, sorry for the delay but not solve the issue. Horrible !!!
