I read the Blaroken reviews after ordering from them. Big mistake! They are just as unreliable as people say. I ordered 2 shirts and paid $15 for shipping. I only received one shirt, and after inquiring, someone told me they were refunding me for the other shirt, as it was unavailable. Except I paid $16.95 for the shirt, but my refund was only $13.11. And no refund on the shipping charge. Highway robbery.

Sorry but Blaroken is not going to be recommended by me at all. The size I specified based on the neasurements that they placed online is completely ignored and a dicision is made by them as to your measurements eventhough you based your size stipulation on measurements that they gave... Trying to rectify has been a nightmare as when I provide them with details they require today they come back with a further requirement tomorrow and so it continues. Today they said that they decided that I must be mistaken for having asked for a certain size whereas the problem is squarely in their court. The problem doesn't lie with me. The size they sent me is too big for me and I specified a smaller size in my order, how can that be my fault.

Needless to say I don't recommend them, beside the long shipping times. Rather move past them coz you could be in for a surprise...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!
Before ordering, I carefully read their order processing timeframe and placed the order on 8/21 as I wanted to receive the merchandise before the 9/11 anniversary date so that I could wear it that day. The order took 24 days to be received, and the 9/11 date had passed. Ordered two shirts, both large, one fit great while one was way too small. I contacted them to process a refund and have gotten nothing but a runaround and have yet to receive the refund, even though I have confirmation they received the item. Previous emails from them have stated that ONCE the item is received, my refund would be processed IMMEDIATELY. NOT TRUE and still waiting!!!

Update from my previous post Blaroken refused to refund the £40 for the unwearable jacket they supplied but suprisingly have given me £7 wow. Please do not go anywhere near this company you would get better clothing from your local charity shop.

Giving this company 1 star is too generous. This company is a rip off. Will be disputing with my credit card company. Clothes were too small, bad quality and I response was they will give me 13.77 credit towards next purchase. Do not order from this company. Tried to cancel other order and it does not go through. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!! I filed a complaint with Consumer Complaints in Hong Kong. I recommend everyone do the same.

This company is terrible. This are not any returns allowed. It is all marketing and the products are a scam. What ever you spend with them can be considered a donation.

This is a scam site selling horrible Chinese products.
Shipping is super slow and returns are impossible.
These guys a basically a rip off.

Blaroken sent the wrong size, so I returned the order 3 months ago. They never refunded my account. SCAM!

wish I could give 0 stars. made an order a month ago, but still have not received any of my orders even though they showed it was shipped. But have made my payments, trying to cancel my order now, and get my money back

Do not order from these people. Never processed my order. Took my money. Wrote to them 3 times. Never gave a response. Complete rip off

I ordered 2 shirts for my brother and best friend (both turning 60). Not only did they take my money and not send the shirts - I did not have a gift for the party!!! I should have read these reviews prior to buying (trying to buy)!! Hopefully, somebody else can benefit from reading this!! Do not send them money!! They are poop!!! And that is as kind as I can be!! I would love to beat them silly!! Over and over again!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are a total scam! I placed an order and the money was immediately taken out of my account. But the order shows "Unpaid" and they're telling me I need to make a payment before they'll ship my order. But I already made the payment because they took it out of my account! I've sent them screen shots of the payment they took out of my account, and all they ever reply with is "Please make a payment to receive your order." I'm not making another freaking payment - you already took the money from my account!! This has been absolutely infuriating and this company is such a scam! I really wish I would have read the reviews before trying to order from them. DON'T DO IT!!!

Me being a young naive teenager who just got paid, i wanted to buy a damn miami hoodie and thats what I searched on google and what do you know they're the first ones I see and I had a profile and everything and it kept kicking me out and the website wasnt letting me sign into my account and i tried emailing these people tons of times with no response even though I get ads for them in my email. Now that I figured out these people are scammers its a little too late. 48 dollars down the drain.

I would give them ZERO stars. Ordered t-shirt, shipped from China, took almost a month and they sent me the wrong size. Made me send photo of size tag, photo of return receipt and shipping charges almost amounted to the price of the shirt, which was cheesy and ugly in addition to being the wrong size. These people are HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They deserve to be out of business. Doubt if I will even get the refund. Especially now that I've told the world how bad a company this is.

I emailed THESE PEOPLE A few weeks ago just to see if I got a response. As I assumed, I still have yet to get any response. Every single review, not just two or three, I mean ever single one is negative about this company. I found a phone number in the contact section a few months back and called it. Some mex!can answered and sounded like he was riding down the road . I told him I was interested in ordering from the company and he said, "tell me what you want, I know all our products. I asked him how I was suppose to pay over the phone and he said, "just give me your credit card number". So fair warning, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY.

This place is a complete scam. I ordered 4 pairs of shorts from them. When the shorts finally arrived 3 weeks later, they looked nothing like the photos online. The photos showed shirts that were well tailored, with attractive colors. What I recieved looked nothing like the photos, they were extremely basic, with no tailoring at all, basically 2 cloth tubes sewn together. One pair of shorts was nothing like the photo, was missing the cargo pockets that were shown. The materials were cheap polyester.
When I contacted the company to request a return, I was told they would gladly refund my money, and that if I included a return reciept for the return shipping that they would reimburse me for that as well. I packaged up the shorts, including the shipping receipt and sent it to the address listed. The company has refused to acknowledge that they recieved the items, and is refusing to issue a refund. Stay away from this company, a scam on many levels!!!

This company is terrible and they don’t refund as they say they will. The quality of their products are the worst and they are liars. I returned a hat that was ripped and they kept it and refused to refund my money. Don’t buy from this company and tell everyone else to stay away. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

My husband found this website and asked me to order him shirts/hats from them. I realized immediately that it was the same site I had purchased an Xmas gift for him a few months ago. 1) My bank thought it was fraud and contacted me and I let it go through since I HAD purchased it in good faith. 2) They took the money immediately at the beginning of Dec 2021 but no confirmation email for my purchase. 3) I contacted the co. a couple of days before Xmas. No response. 4) The shirt arrived the end of Jan 2022 and was so low quality that it was only fit to wear as a pajama top. $40 for a PJ top!
