Laminated grade 6 F3… not quality polished wood

Laminated grade 6 F3…. Not real polished quality wood.
After finding a couple of what I would call chips on the butt of my December 2024 F3 which I purchased brand new. I inspected to find it was a coloured lacquer that had chipped off revealing what I would call cross hatching as if it was a key base for the lacquer to adhere to.
Not a dint, not a scratch but wheee the coating failed revealing it wasn’t really a grade 6 highly polished wood but a laminate coating.
As I’d expect, Blaser said wear and tear and would fix for £500. Be careful buying Blaser, their high end quality is really a cheap laminate coating. This is the second time I’ve been taken the P out of by Blaser, bought a skeet jacket, very expensive, lasted 2 weeks before shoulder stitching broke through the ‘leather’. Blaser response… you can buy another, post back to Germany at your own cost and we will look at the jacket.
Well unfortunately that’s me done with Blaser, there new products are cheap copies of their older shotguns.
I bought a second hand F3, a second hand F16 and went all out for a new F3 which has been returned once and refused to fix the cheap laminate.
Mulliners still service blasers too I believe, won’t be going back to Blaser again.

Terrible customer service

Don't ever buy and blaser or a sauer rifle, the company are atrocious to deal with, I was after a simple stock screw which had worked its way loose the company wanted to have to whole rifle sent back so they could confirm sizes etc, the cost of sending rifles is too high, once the rifle is out of warrenty they also never want to help you to source parts without sending the rifle back, this sort of customer service is extremely off putting and I will never put my money into one off their rifles again.
