Time for a change of bathroom. The old one needed upgrading badly, it was some 15 years old or more. What we needed was a whole new remodel with bath out and walk in shower in its place. Futureproofing if you like. The first showroom we found was Blaydon Bathrooms that had an extensive showroom on display. No immediate rush by staff to ask us if we needed help, no pushy salespersons offering their expertise. Had a wander around and was really impressed by the quality of everything that was on show. We were met by Nina eventually after our look around who was very knowledgeable about all aspects of bathroom furniture, fixtures and fittings. After the first consultation our bathroom was measured later and we went back to pick out ideas for the remodelling. Settled on a design, CAD modelled with a few tweaks here and there. Giving the go ahead our date was set for the fitting. I can't be more pleased at the exceptional work that was done by the fitters over the week. The attention to detail was spot on and thanks to them , Nina and Blaydon Bathrooms I got my dream bathroom. I can't recommend them enough or praise them too highly for their professionalism. From start to finish they have been absolutely brilliant, I highly recommend them if you need any work like this done. Perfect from start to finish.

Walked into the showroom. The showroom speaks for itself. Didn't expect what I saw. Top quality showroom with top quality products. We instantly felt comfortable. Clear to us that Blaydon bathroom were the company for us. The staff were all super supportive and clearly trained to a high level

Our bathroom has just been fitted and it’s absolutely amazing. The experience with this company has been excellent from start to finish. This was a more complicated job, turning an empty room into a en-suite shower room. We had some well-known firms who wouldn’t even provide a quote because the job was too complicated but Blaydon bathrooms were great from start to finish.

This company has been absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. From the initial design and planning stages to helping us choose the everything we needed - most of which I wouldn’t have thought of and give the bathroom a high end feel.

The fitters were also great, it was a messy job and dust etc is to be expected but they took care and worked so hard to get everything done on time.

The finished shower room is gorgeous, it’s like being in hotel - I can’t recommend this company enough and will be looking to get a quote for our other bathroom which looks very old and dated in comparison!

Just had a wet room installed in our en-suite. We are delighted with the quality of the workmanship, design, equipment and overall experience. The whole process went without a hitch through good project planning and especially due to the attitude and professionalism of the two lads who carried out the work. Gareth and Dinky were a pleasure to have in the house and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were courteous, respectful, hard-working and extremely helpful throughout the fitting, checking every step with us and making sure we understood what was happening and why. They are both a credit to the business and went beyond expectations. We are very happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend Blaydon Bathrooms

This is the 2nd bathroom that we have had fitted by Blaydon bathrooms. This one was particularly important as it was for my 84 year old Mam. A very big thank you to everyone who was so professional, kind and patient with her. From our initial visit with Jess Scott showing us around the showroom, then Jack Minnikin who worked with us on the plans, taking the the time to select the correct products with us including the accessibility options that were needed. Also a very special thank you to the fitting team Mark, Paul and Kye who were excellent at communication always keeping us up to date with the time that they would be arriving each day and the progress of the work. I can't thank them enough for the patience and kindness that they showed my Mam especially when fitting the shower seat and grab rails taking care to make sure that they were correct. The work area and house were left clean and safe every day. The finished bathroom was also completely cleaned and they all made sure that we were 100% happy before they left.

The service provided from Blaydon Bathrooms was excellent from start to finish. Jack was brilliant and ensured everything was done to a high standard and nothing was too much of an ask. I would highly recommend and I am delighted with my new bathroom.

Jack at Blaydon Bathrooms worked with us throughout the process of having our bathroom refitted. The meetings were very informative, with rendered designs provided to give us a visual representation of the end product and provide an opportunity for making as many changes as we needed. The installation team were very pleasant, keeping the place clean and tidy and showing brilliant attention to detail. Absolutely delighted with what is possibly the nicest bathroom I`ve ever seen.I had ideas about layout and style which I discussed with Jack in their showroom. Jack and Dave sent the plan of my idea & one of their fantastic design, no prizes for which one I selected.All of the team were great from start to finish, the twins who did the tiling have done a fantastic job but the standout for me were Gareth & Dinky. Gareth did the whole refit, I was consulted on every decision as a problem with my original pipework meant slight changes to the original design. The quality of their workmanship is first class & the bonus, Gareth & Dinky are the nicest lads you could wish to meet. It was an absolute pleasure welcoming them into my home. Would 100 % recommend Blaydon Bathrooms if you want high end quality. One very happy customer :)

We had our down stairs toilet renewed in December. The experience from beginning to end was 1st class. From our very first appointment with Jodie we were made to feel welcome and nothing was a problem. We had Ben fit our toilet, wash hand basin and tiled walls of which we are so happy with. See you in the new year to plan our main bathroom.

Changing anything in your house can be really stressful and some times it doesn’t go quite to plan. Knowing you’ve got a company with suppliers who care as much about you and your house is really important but I think it’s rare. Blaydon Bathrooms is just that. The care and attention to my house, especially when it didn’t go to plan, has been just amazing. Customer service, care and attention to detail top notch.

Anyone looking to get a new bathroom, don't look anywhere else.

Deciding on a new bathroom; who and what to choose can be daunting. After several quotes, we chose Blaydon Bathrooms.
From first meeting Jack in the showroom, Steph for design and Tommy’s team who created a beautiful bathroom, the process was seamless.
Any snags were dealt with immediately and all work was completed to a very high standard.
They may not be the cheapest but they will create a bathroom you will be proud of.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Blaydon Bathrooms.

The entire experience with Blaydon Bathrooms was wonderful.
From the first visit to the showroom and initial conversation with Jack, we felt reassured that there would be no hard sell.
He listened carefully to our requirements and then interpreted our tentative ideas. We were impressed by his vision and design ideas and crucially, we felt listened-to and involved at every stage.
Jack was extremely respectful and understanding throughout our frequent and lengthy deliberations!
Every member of the installation team worked with respect for us, our home and they all took pride in their work.
Each trade arrived on time and the job was completed within the expected time frame.

There have been a couple of minor snags but Jack ensured they were quickly resolved.

In my opinion these days it is very hard to find good trades man. I can honestly say the team at blaydon go above and beyond Dan and Steve who fitted my bathroom are a credit to the company very polite respectful and proud and passionate about there work to deliver the workmanship to the level they did and on time is very impressive they did everything they said they would and more I can’t thank them enough I will definitely be working with them in the future.
And I would like thank David and Steve for putting all this together for me thank you 🙂

Me and my wife have just had our bathroom completed and what a transformation it was. We originally had a small bathroom and decided to knock through into the spare room and make one large bathroom. The whole experience from start to finish has been amazing. From the first consultation with Jack to the end result it has all gone smoothly. Dan and Steve , the fitters never stopped and often worked long hours, taking away all the stress and worry have done a tremendous job to the highest standard . I cannot recommend Blaydon bathrooms highly enough. Jack kept us informed throughout the process and is a credit to the company
