No Customer Service

although, they had the lowest price for a mod they get a 1 star rating.

the device didnt work and after 3 days of emailing them i still dont have any customer support regarding my return/refund.

i looked for a phone number on google but couldnt find any way to contact them.

if it was $5 i could let it go but the device was nearly $60. i cant use it and i cant return/refund it. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED !!

buyer beware. this company doest respond to email or provide any customer service... you're on your own if something goes wrong.

Blazed Vapes - Migvapor Wasp - THEY TOOK MY MONEY & RAN

I am perfectly happy with my Migvapor WASP - except for the fact that a day after receiving it (after having used it) I could see a hairline crack developing along one side of the clear green plastic chamber. I in no way mishandled it and did not cause this myself. Knowing this crack would most likely grow, I contacted Blazed Vapes - only to be told that no exchange or replacement would be possible, as the product contained cannabis residues and could not be sent through the mail. I would have had to request the exchange/refund BEFORE I used it - which would be fine if I had seen the defect beforehand. I did not. I asked about the possibility of simply getting a replacement plastic chamber. No dice. Nothing I can do. Money spent for the vape and two extra coils just thrown away. The crack has now grown to the entire length of the chamber. Another crack has started on the other side. The chamber will likely break into pieces within a few days or weeks and the device will be unusable. What a business model - a product that - if used as intended is impossible to return! When I appealed to the basic decency of the company, asked them if they wanted to retain a potentially good customer - I was not even graced with a response. Instead I was blown off and ignored. This is the first time in years I've had a company refuse to make good on a defective product. Blazed Vapes - I challenge you to do the right thing.

I just would like it if u guys had a cheaper shipping option other than that my experience w u guys was great!!!
