Negative 5 stars, this is hard to even call a working product. Our team spent a month integrating with this "service".
Putting aside the inability to register at it with custom email, with no errors, or any information regrading that, just a silent failure of email delivery, terrible interface and lack of proper documentation
and BEING FORCED TO AWAIT CHANGE OF PLAN NEXT BILLING PERIOD
and ZERO difference in performance between paid and free plan
I was looking for an OK cheap CND solution, which this one is not. And today I found out that my account was either blocked or canceled for no reason.
WHICH I DID NOT EVEN GET AN EMAIL ABOUT.
Overall, terrible experience, suggest no one to use it.

To address your points:
1. You can register an account with any email address, provided it is not temporary and can actually receive messages. Registration links are issued after qualification to ensure this.
2. Regarding the interface, that is a subjective opinion. You are the first to raise such a complaint, while for other clients the interface is considered simple and clear. The same applies to our documentation.
3. After registration, you can either immediately switch to a paid plan or start with a trial. The trial is active for 14 days and starting from the 15th day until the end of the current month you can continue using the system free of charge before deciding whether to move to a paid subscription.
4. For this reason, we do not limit functionality on the trial. We do not offer a free plan, only a time-limited trial that helps you decide if the service meets your needs.
5. Accounts are deactivated only in two cases: if there is an outstanding balance or if a user does not move to a subscription after the trial ends. In both situations we always send a warning email in advance, which is exactly why we require a working email address for registration.
