Negative. Total scam - shoes promised within 6-7 working days - I am here a month later with nothing. Have asked for a refund and heard nothing - do not use!

I ordered shoes and a bag totalling over £200!! They looked amazing on the web page and really eye catching, all items sold as leather on the description write up. No leather to be seen on any of my purchases!!
All shoes arrived in ONE box from china NOT as stated a closing family Buisness.

I should have been aware that the price reduction was too good to be true….

I emailed to return all purchases to be told….
They’d offer me 10% of my money back or postpaid at a cost to me! So I went to the post office , and the cheapest mail price was£120!
I emailed again, to be advised to take the money , keep the goods and try to re-sell the items myself or give to charity.
I’m so angry that I’d not checked this company before purchasing, and I’m also wondering how they are still trading with so many dissatisfied reviews?

This company should be removed for false advertising!

I’m sorry for all the other customers who like myself have been scammed.

Total scam ! Ordered 2 leather tote bags. They took over 2 weeks to arrive and were not leather but cheap plastic!!! Do not buy from this company they are a disgrace

It doesn't even deserve 1 star they completely scamming ppl .the Yodel didn't deliver my order i sent them all the evidence that Yodel sent me "the stuff is back to the sender"they doesn't refund, doesn't answer my email at all they just ignore me,they took around £40 ,i recommend ppl not buy anything,

The bags look great on the website photos, however when they arrived they look cheap, feel cheap and definitely not worth the discounted price nevermind the so-called full price.
They give the impression they are small company, but they are not. Returns to china how how much?!

Shame I had to give one star!Do not by a thing from this company. Advertised as a Leather Handbag and not leather! Paid£30!!for a piece of rubbish!! Gave me 3 options.1send it back to China!!2.they will give me 10% refund!3 I can always sell it to someone else or give it to a Charity Shop!!WHAT!!!luckily paid by PayPal and received a full refund. DO NOT GO THERE PEOPLE!!

I’m unable to leave zero stars so I’m left to give them one star. Truly terrible customer service, well zero service.

Having requested to return the product as it wasn’t as pictured. I received a response. But now no response to my four emails chasing next steps.

Whatever you do, don’t buy from this company.

Wish I had seen these before I ordered, absolute scam! Goods eventually arrived but extremely poor quality, sold as soft leather, never. And stated UK family business closing down hence sale, again a lie but I'm afraid while we keep falling for it they'll keep selling. Wonder if worth contacting trading standards

Goods were never delivered by Yodel. Blend apparel saying they were. I have sent them the Yodel email confirming goods were not delivered but returned to seller. Blend are refusing to reimburse me so I am going through credit card company for charge back. They are scammers based in China with an accommodation address in the USA. They pretend to have london store with pictures but it does no exist. Try street view.

Feeling silly for having bought from them!

Stated leather, the skin on my feet are more leather than the bag i brought.
Proper scammers, when i asked for refund they sent me an address in China, says it all about the Quality of the 'leather'.
I fell for the sob story of closing down the family run business!
I will be getting intouch with the bank for help with this, sig they can't help then I will send it back to China, as I'll be #*credits if the get all my hard earned money! Scumbags!

Don’t bother with these scammers. Feel foolish for ordering from them.
Took weeks to arrive. Absolutely not leather bags should have bought off temu!
Bought jewellery supposed to be silver. NOT. cheap costume jewellery.
Never again, lesson learned.

I ordered a lovely leather bag and received an orange plastic bag - it doesn't look anything like the item I ordered - I have emailed my annoyance and requested a refund and have had no reply - DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! - Complete con men

The bag is not leather it’s cheap and nasty. Got intouch with the company offered me 10% of the price £3.00. If I return I have to pay. Do yourself a favour don’t bother. I wasted £30 I’m getting intouch with trading standards

I ordered a ‘leather’ bag from Blendapperel UK.
Firstly it is not leather.
Secondly it is nothing like the picture.
Thirdly it came from China not UK.
Fourthly they want me to pay to return it despite me quoting Consumer Rights 2015.
I could go on- awful-AVOID THIS COMPANY

The description was for leather bags from a company in the UK that were closing in order to concentrate on family. I ordered two bags, neither of them are leather and they just look cheap and nasty. I usually check companies through Trustpilot but did not on this occasion. I will not make the same mistake again!

Awful. “Real leather” bag was plastic. I asked for a refund and they offered me 10% to “save me from the hassle of sending bag back” Chinese company. I’ve been emailing for weeks trying to get a refund. Lost my money. Don’t buy from these people.

The reviews I read on their site must have been fake. The quality of the product is appaulling. Plastic not leatger as described, one bag not even the same as the image. Wish i'd read trust pilot before

Ordered what the description says is a 'leather' bag, first off its not the same bag as described or pictured, it's a completely different size. Smaller. The closet it has ever been to leather might be if the person who packed it was wearing something. And to add insult to injury I have to cough up to send it back to China after exchanging emails which implied from the first one that it's my fault so deal with it!
They are vauge with description and despicable with thier treatment of customers.

I am afraid I'm one of those silly people who bought before checking Trust pilot. Goodness only knows what I'll be getting from this company needless to say judging from the reviews very little! Just received a "leather" which surprise surprise is plastic. £23 for this! Dreadful! Ah well charity shop is about to benefit. Avoid at all costs?
