I'm surprised people are saying these are cheap. I've been getting Blenders for years and probably own about 15-20 pairs. I have maybe scratched up a pair or two and lost another... but overall, they... See more

ZERO Customer Service
ZERO Customer Service
Their Customer Service is actually a joke and looks like a bot thats responding. AI at its worst.
Watch out their website gives no confirmation/authorization to buy. They just execute, no chance to put in discount code, and the referal 15% and other points discount no easy way to use.
But worst is no chance to get a real response.
Be careful when shopping online. If you make a mistake your money is lost.
Absolutely zero customer service
Absolutely zero customer service. Will not respond to email and phone calls will just hang up. I ordered two pairs of sunglasses from a sale and one of the pairs they sent me was incorrect. I cannot simply “exchange” them for the correct pair because it wants me to pay the full price now. I will not be paying full price I wouldn’t have bought them then. Cannot receive a response on how to receive the correct pair and will be filing with my credit card soon.
Product is solid(sometimes)
Product is solid(sometimes), customer service is absolute rubbish.
ZERO Customer Service
Their Customer Service is actually atrocious. This is the fourth time I have contacted them, and it's a shame because after my first pair of sunglasses being delivered quickly, I trusted them to do the same the second time around only to not receive them or tracking after 3 weeks, 4 emails and had to actually leave a voicemail to their marketing team since their customer support was "too busy". I have never experienced anything like this in my life, and now I just simply want my money back. This is absolutely absurd.
Poor Quality and Customer Service
Loved the look of my blenders ghoster sunglasses and the frame is fine but the mirrored lenses are junk. Finish easily was scratched, worn and now they are unusable. I take some responsibility for this so inquired with customer service multiple times about replacement lenses with no response. Don't waste your money on a company like this. Plenty of others out there that are better.
Bad floating sunglasses
Received my floating sunglasses and they are horrible! They look taped together and they are flaking! So disappointed!!!
Mega Rip Off switch currency Scam.
I saw a Dapper glasses case advertised online in the uk for £8, I pressed to buy and didn’t notice the the £ changed to $ with a ridiculous postage charge of $53.95, total $61.95!!! And even though they state how they aim to provide excellent customer service, they said it was too late to cancel my order, even though I emailed to cancel immediately.
Delaminating shades - not built to last
I bought a pair of Blenders sunglasses (the "Hot Diggity" model, suspiciously no longer made) in July 2021 and initially loved them. I have a couple pairs of Costa del Mar sunglasses that are obviously more expensive and better quality, but for everyday/non-technical wear, the Blenders shades were good enough, plus stylish and fun, and they became my favorite pair of shades. However, within less than a year, the mirrored coating started to delaminate, leaving black spots on the lenses. I reached out to customer service, sent in a couple of pictures, and since I was within the one-year warranty, they sent me a new pair at no charge. Great! Except fast forward 8 months, and the new pair started delaminating too. Worth noting, I'm careful with my sunglasses and take good care of them, so two pairs having the same issue is a clear manufacturing defect. I reached back out to customer service, and was told that there's a "max limit per warranty" so they couldn't send me a new pair (as mentioned, the model I had is no longer produced anyway) or issue me any kind of refund. They did offer me first a discount on a future purchase and then a $25 gift card, but there's no way I'm buying another pair of ~$60 sunglasses that won't last me a year, even with a discount. Giving 2 stars here because I did like the shades before they started delaminating, but man what a bummer that they are not built to last at all.
The delamination is real
Great style, terrible quality. Sure, San Diego has several nice things to offer. Weather, beach, surf, but Blenders sunglasses are not one of those things. I've had two pairs or the same sunglasses fail by delamination within 6-8 months of ownership. I've owned at least one pair of Electric, Oakley, and Ray Ban sunglasses and none of these have ever delaminated (even when poorly cared for). So it is strange that the same pair of glasses delaminated twice within the same time period when treated very well (washed off after salt water exposure, cleaned with the finest of clothes, kept out of direct light exposure, in a dark drawer). So fool me twice, shame on me. I'm not dummy to recognize poor manufacturing when I see it. The first time I thought it was a fluke, how I just realize the glasses come with a one year warranty for a reason. They are a junk product that lasts just long enough for you to think, "Well, I should just buy a new pair, they were pretty cheap to begin with.". Look elsewhere friends, I promise you can find replaceable style for cheaper or a better quality pair of glasses for a reasonable price point where you won't replace them each year.
Horrible quality
Horrible quality, I got multiple pairs. 2 of them broke, the lenses came off. The lenses quality is trash. Too reflective. You can’t see well when you wear them.

These glasses look amazing for about a week! I love the colours and styles but unfortunately, the quality is very poor. I have 2 pairs that have both bubbled and scratched so much that I can't even see out of them. I have always put them in cases and taken care of them but the most gentle touch will take the colour of the lense off. I wouldn't recommend unless the quality increases!
Thank you to Blenders Eyewear!
I want to give a huge thank you shoutout to the Blenders Eyewear customer service team. I have been a customer for a couple years with no issue and really like the products. My latest order arrived damaged during shipping at no fault of Blenders Eyewear. The team responded to my claim promptly and had a replacement on the way in no time. They were polite and professional and went above and beyond to keep me as a customer over an issue beyond their control. Keep up the great work!
Blender Sunglasses Buble Up lens
I bought 3 pairs of Blender Sunglasses One of them has its lens bubble up or its color coating starts peeling off. I never wore to the beach and have not to the beach for the last 3 years. Always wash with mild soap and water. For twice the price of comparable Goodr at $29/pair, I would not recommend to get a Blender. You can get better products for less than $49 a pair. They don't stand by their products. I have picture to prove this. I guess they lost another customer.
The glasses get scratched and scuffed…
The glasses get scratched and scuffed way too easily. The logo on the top corner of the lense is distracting, I see it in my peripheral vision. Cute glasses, but overpriced for the poor quality.
Terrible quality
I’m disappointed with the quality of my Blenders as of recent. I’ve owned a pair of original Nocturnal Q’s from a few years ago and they’re still going strong. I decided to order a few more models and they're all defective. It first started with a pair of Keen’s where the lens began bubbling/peeling, they were replaced under warranty and the new pair is doing the same. Now a recent pair of "This is Livin'" are beginning to bubble/peel. I was told this is because of heat, though I live in northern Illinois and keep my glasses indoors when not used. Regardless, shouldn't "sun" glasses be able to withstand the sun itself? Along with that, the super fragile and thin frame of my Nocturnal Q X2's just broke after simply removing them from my face.
I'm not sure if these quality issues are due to supply chain problems or simply lowering product quality due to inflation, but I'm considering moving back to Oakley. They're more expensive but at least they last.
Nose piece broke off my moon virginia
I bought the moon virginia sunglasses. Very stylish and nice, but the nose piece broke off after two months of occasional wear. Not happy.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience! I have not received an update on my order after more than 2 weeks, and there has been no response to my multiple inquiries about my order. Can't get the product or a refund. This company seems like a scam!

Place order on a Tuesday and selected FEDEX 2 day shipping which cost an extra 15 dollars. Still havent shipped my order and it is Saturday. Good luck trying to reach customer service...lol. Awful experience

I placed an order on 6/14 and have not even received any shipping info yet. I have messaged the company on messenger, I have sent an email, and I have called and left a voicemail because I have had no luck getting a real person but I have gotten no response from any of the times I have reached out!! I literally just want to know what is going on with my order but this company doesn't care!!! I hate to leave a bad review but this company was quick to take my money but can not return a call or text!!! I am not one bit impressed!!!!
Poor quality
Have bought more than one pair of glasses from company, love look but horrible quality! First pair I thought was my fault. Mirrored lenses scratched almost immediately making impossible to see out of. Second pair were actually floaters made to float in water, even marketed as safe for salt water. I babied them on an ocean vacation, started getting small scratches. While playing in yard with kids today, splashed with tap water and finish immediately started coming off. I have emailed customer service, but will never purchase again. Also, the floating pair also looks like the plastic around ear pieces is either peeling or melting…
