Says next day delivery but 4 days later still not delivered. DPD Says received order but not parcel ?

I have had the full spectrum 1800mg oil for several years now and it has been brilliant. However the recent batch I purchased was very different - very pale in colour, virtually tasteless and very weak. I have had to more than double the dose to be effective. Despite several exchanges with the company they have offered no explanation and frankly little interest in my experience.They have only offered a refund if I return the unopened bottles. I think their attitude is disgraceful. Can anyone recommend a good alternative supplier?

Will as a result of this will be a returning customer in the future for my purchases.

I paid for my order on 18th August, was told would be with me 1-2 working days later and still nothing received.

I sent an email chasing what is going on a couple of days ago and no reply yet, can’t find a telephone number to call them either.

I have ordered in past with no issues but service has seemingly disappeared.

Blessed is not the same ethical, family run business it used to be. Not since it merged with/introduced this American Cabana club initiative. I've been with them for years and was previously extremely happy with the products & service. This time round though I've encountered website crashes, 12 day delivery, no certificate of third party testing (in fact the packaging was shoddy as all hell, and not at all recyclable - completely out of character for this brand). Also, the oil seems different this time, lighter, milder even?
The worst for me though was the vague and unsatisfactory explanations for all of these issues - very evasive and has completely eroded any trust I had in the brand. The products got significantly cheaper via the Cabana Club sign up but the quality of products and service has nosedived since then - more evidence that you get what you pay for. I'm gutted to say it but I'd avoid this brand like the plague now. Something is very off.

Website easy to navigate

They promised next day delivery, but 3 days later and still no sign of my order arriving. Their site and email states they use DPD for delivery, yet the tracking link was for Royal Mail.
This is a real shame, as their products are really good. It's a pity that they have used an unreliable courier and not even bothered to update their website or their emails to warn people that they no longer use DPD.
I would only order again if they go back to using a decent courier.

SCAMMERS! AVOID! this cabana club thing is a big scam! they used my card details to try and steal £1000 from my bank account and then closed down the whole website! luckily my bank detected the fraud! but stay away! they were legit 3 years ago when i paid market price for the item but now they're scammers via this nonsense caban club thing

Very sketchy website. It lists high prices for the products with a huge discount if you register. I tried to register several times and kept getting weird error messages. Highly recommend you avoid this company - something is definitely off about it and there are plenty of other options out there.

Ordered 1800ml CBD. The very next day took £1700+ from my bank account. STAY WELL CLEAR. Now got my bank involved for FRAUD.

I’ve been using blessed cbd oil for 3 months now it’s amazing l was suffering from anxiety and depression was on high dose medication l no longer take medication since taking blessed cbd 1800 mg lm so happy best cbd on the market by far great company

I was supposed to have my item delivered on Wednesday but l wasn't in ,l have a safe space stated on the delivery. The item was not left and hopefully l will receive it today Thursday.

Easy to order item and price affordable with cabana 3club. Prompt service and emails on progress of order.
Love this product have been using it for a few years now. Great quality product.

About oil the oil looks watered down and I'm taking a brave few epilepsy fits and it is not stopping the fits because it watered down and is there a phone number to contact the company to speak to them

After waiting 3mts stock arrived and was dispatched the next day at a good price.

Absolutely loved the full spectrum 1800mg which really helped my anxiety. Ordered another 2 bottles recently and the formula has completely changed. Its completely watered down. It taste and looks like olive oil. It was really dark before and thick. What a shame that this company has decided to scam everyone. I would advise everyone not to buy from here.

I have been using Blessed full spectrum oil for the last 5 years and was always more than happy with product. The buy out at the start of 2025 has had a negative impact on the their product. The full spectrum cbd oil I used to buy was almost black in colour with a very strong taste. I received my 2 bottles last week and couldn't believe the difference, it now looks and tastes like olive oil. I've since emailed and questioned them about the change in the formula, and they confirmed it has been changed. I then asked for a Certificate of authenticity, which was always provided in the past, and this question was avoided like a sweaty
politician, the best I could get out if them was it will be available further down the line, so the COA they provide these days is actually a blatant lie. I've asked for a full refund amd now I'm being ignored. Absolute waste of money for god knows what I'm paying for, I know this, it is not CBD oil. This company will not be around for much longer given the new scammers approach. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!
