I have been writing to Blessed CBD since the 18th December with a problem with my order. I have purchased their products for well over a year, and the last batches are vile tasting unlike previous products which were palatable. I have sent back over 200£ of product and have had no reply from this company. They are refusing to answer any of my emails of which i have sent about 6 at this point . Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I know they are working as i sent email from my mum's email address with enquiry about their opening times and they answered that. I wonder why you are ignoring my emails? What are you going to do to rectify this please Blessed CBD?

UPDATE ***** I have finally been contacted by Blessed CBD and they have refunded the CBD oil i sent back on 19ths Dec.
Although i am happy with the refund, this wasn't the solution i wanted as i would have preferred replacement product as it has been a great product to relieve my hip pain. I've now had to order elsewhere which i hope will be as effective as their product was for pain relief. As i live in Ireland, it's been a pain trying to get relatives to send it over to me, so until you get another european base that sells the BS oil i won't be ordering again.
They have contacted me about my previous 1 * review so i've now changed to 4* as the issue has been resolved..

Been using these products for some time now. Am thrilled with the results. I regularly reccommend this product to friends.

I'm new to CBD, never tried it before. 6 weeks ago I bought 3 bottles of 1800mg of CBD Oil. I'm very happy and glad I did for it has really helped me in troubling times and circumstances. I take a drop in the morning, a drop in the afternoon and 2 drops before bed and my mind is calm but fully functioning throughout the day. Having contacted customer service about advice and some minor issues they have always contacted me back promptly (even over weekends) and gone the extra mile to sort things out. Yes, it may be a little bit more expensive than others on the market but it's totally worth paying that little bit extra for peace of mind and an exceptional oil which benefits both your body and mind. I'll definitely be back, God willing, to purchase more.

Really fast delivery. Good packaging. Pleased to receive a generous black Friday deal. Product effective already for sleep, I understand that it will take perseverance for other symptoms to respond. My only negative comment is the dropper bottle leaks where the rubber meets the rigid screw-on. Did I follow the 'shake' instruction too vigorously? Don't want to lose too many precious drops

This order was scheduled for DPD delivery 31/10. DPD did not attempt to deliver. It was rescheduled for today 1/11 and again they did not attempt to deliver. Message on both occasions stated ‘Our driver missed you’. I have been promised by Blessed CBD that my goods will arrive 2/11 so 5 stars for quick and excellent customer service.
