Do 4 stelle perché voglio avere ancora…

Do 4 stelle perché voglio avere ancora fiducia e sicuramente il negozio non c’entra nulla con il ritardo del mio pacco, però non capisco perché dopo due settimane ancora non ho ricevuto nulla, la merce risulta nella mia città da almeno 4 giorni ma mi dicono sempre che non ha ancora raggiunto il centro di spedizione della mia zona, come posso fare?
