Hi do not try to cover up your issue with nonsense and words that you do not know what you are saying here is the invoice with all the information on it.
You should really stop scamming people and look twice before selling a faulty product. After I have went to two Prada stores both stores had told me that this product is a manufacturing issue (left side ) that the product is sold faulty.
You are not following your policy laws

I took extremely good care of mine, and yet they broke after only one year. I obviously contacted the brand to see what they could do. Their response? “It’s normal wear and tear.” Seriously? After just one year?
I strongly advise you not to purchase your glasses from this site. Based on the poor quality and the incompetent customer service, these products feel like cheap knock-offs. You can see on trip advisor that every glasses broke really fast…

I cannot seem to return my eyeglasses…
I cannot seem to return my eyeglasses because the return link is expired on the day the item was delivered. They have the delivered date on my account but indirectly telling me that I cannot return for their own reason - which is unknown to me. I have contacted Blickers since the receipt of this item but they have refused to respond to my emails. I have used the Chatbot but this only generates tickets without any follow up actions. It seems to me that Blickers are scammers. I stand to be corrected. Todays makes it 10 days the order was delivered. 10 days I have been trying to contact them. Their return policy says - 14 days from receipt of the item I believe. I received a wrong item and I cannot wait for return for full refund.

I accidentally selected the wrong frame size (56 mm) — way too big and completely unwearable for me. The very same day, February 7, I immediately emailed and messaged via chat to change it to the correct size: 53 mm. I clearly explained it was urgent and the wrong size would make the glasses useless.
Their response? Absolute zero. Complete silence from day one. No confirmation, no change, no reply at all — for over two weeks.
Last week I finally got one vague generic email from “Emma, Customer Service Manager” saying there’s a “slight delay” because the glasses haven’t reached their shipping centre yet. Not one single word about the size correction I requested on day one. Nothing.
Since that email? Still total silence. I’ve sent multiple angry follow-ups demanding they fix the size to 53 mm before shipping anything, confirm it won’t be sent wrong — no response whatsoever.
Now I’m genuinely scared that this order will never even arrive. The original promised delivery date was February 24, which is in just two days, and they’re already delaying with no explanation and no sign of progress. I’m starting to fear they’ve taken my money and the glasses will simply never show up, or they’ll ship the wrong oversized junk at the last minute.
This is outrageous. If anything arrives wrong (or not at all), I’m refusing it, forcing return costs on them, demanding full refund plus compensation for all the stress, time wasted, and now the fear of being outright scammed, and immediately starting a chargeback.
Blickers.com is a complete disaster. They ignore same-day urgent requests, ghost customers for weeks, send fake delay excuses, and leave you terrified your money is gone for nothing. Do NOT buy here — go anywhere else before it’s too late.

Not all the bad reviews are true
After reading so much bad reviews I was quite afraid of getting my pair of glasses from them. However, they’ve emailed me saying it might have been a delayed then same day update me about my delivery and it arrived on the time window they’ve gave me which I was really happy. I had a positive experience with them.

Terrible customer service.
My item arrived damaged and I contacted them the day the glasses arrived with a video showing the broken part of the glasses and customer service advised me to get the fixed at an opticians.
They then asked me to postage to return the item to them internationally. When I refused and asked them to pay postage, given the item arrived in less than satisfactory condition, they advised they’d review the request.
Despite chasing them repeatedly I have not had a response in 3 weeks.

My shipment was lost on 6 February. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company by email and my clear request to send a replacement order, I have received no response at all.
What is even more unacceptable is that it is the seller’s responsibility to report the lost shipment to UPS. However, despite being informed about the situation, the company has still not submitted any claim to the courier.
I paid for the order and did not receive the goods, nor any meaningful customer support. The lack of communication and failure to take responsibility for the lost shipment is completely unprofessional.
I demand an immediate response from the company. If this matter is not resolved without delay, I will be forced to report this case to the police as a loss caused by the seller’s failure to act.
I strongly discourage others from ordering from this company unless they are prepared to risk losing both their money and their time.

It was an easy purchase process, and the price was the lowest at the time compared with other webstores. Delivery was a bit long, but the overall experience was pleasant.
Scam
Scam. I ordered a pair of Prada sunglasses (order number BLK-2025-698496) and within months the gold logo had rubbed off. I raised a return request as they are still under warranty (request number 520072) and had no response. I chased this up with the customer care team (reference 200004133237) and was advised they would get back to me but have had no response for over a month. They are now ignoring my emails. I think this is because these sunglasses are not actually genuine.

disappointed with my experience with Blickers.
I ordered a pair of glasses, but I received the wrong model. I contacted customer support immediately through the chat, multiple times, but received no response at all. I also sent an email, and that has been completely ignored as well.
They state that returns are only possible within 14 days. I received the item on Tuesday, and today is already Friday, yet no one has contacted me. Time is passing, and I’m worried that I won’t be able to resolve this within the return window simply because they are not responding.
This is extremely frustrating. Customer service seems nonexistent. I would not recommend ordering from this company if you expect proper support when something goes wrong.

Do not buy from them!
Terrible customer service!! Returned my order over 2 weeks ago now, had no acknowledgment of receipt despite me emailing to chase confirmation and sending Royal Mail Special Delivery tracking details, POD and photo. No answer from customer service only to ask for the tracking reference again, a week after I had already sent it! I will definitely not be buying from this company again and will. Now have to refer to my bank to sort out.
