Ordered mascara on 22nd of April

Ordered mascara on 22nd of April - nearly 4 weeks later, no email update, no dispatch. I emailed and got a brief response saying that there had been a mishap in the warehouse with little apology. Avoid! Clearly a terrible company with no customer service.

Hygiene Issues

Have used Blinc products for over ten years. They work great. Blinc's own website is awful however, so I avoid it and purchase from other retailers instead. Recently purchased some eyeliner gel and I'm not happy about the absence of a tamper-proof hygiene seal. Unused but finger prints on the lid is not OK. Blinc needs to confront this issue.. Hygiene seals please.

20+ year customer!

I'm not sure if these other reviews are bogus, but I've been buying from blinc for over 20 years and they have always been an amazing company. Highly recommend this family-owned indy brand that actually innovates!

Awful customer service- no item received!

Awful customer service. Ordered product on November 11th. After chasing up, had one email stating the item was out of stock (with no apology) yet still showing in stock online. Tried contacting again via email, messenger, phone number and no response at all. Have waited over a month now and lost all hope of receiving item and out of pocket at Christmas. Won’t ever order from them again!

Worst customer experience ever…

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Placed an order for 2 items supposedly in stock and am still waiting - more than a month later, and having contacted them 4-5 times to find out what’s going on. Customer services have promised several times that the ‘order is in the post’ but it is clear from the tracking info (or lack thereof) that they are lying. Their latest excuse (there have been lots) is that it is RM’s fault, but this I fear is yet another lie. Don’t trust or use this company!

Please avoid this company

Please avoid this company. Ordered 2 products and only 1 was sent. Cannot get hold of any staff of any office member to log in the complain. One day a person answered the phone and was told the product will be sent and the confirmation will be sent by email.That never came either. It is scam!!!

Avoid Avoid Avoid

Ordered a mascara on 10th May, it still hasn’t been delivered and today is 25th. When I placed the order it said latest delivery would be 16th May.
I chased up by email multiple times and received sporadic replies, blaming it on Royal Mail and then confirming it was out of stock and will be delivered mid-week this week. It’s now Thursday afternoon and no sign.
Don’t bother with the company! Not worth the hassle for a mascara.

Do not buy from here

I would give 0 stars if I could. Took money never sent out goods. Only responded to 1 email saying they will send it out today. They never did and since then have stopped responding to any further contact

Placed an order which never arrived and…

Placed an order which never arrived and as other reviewers have said, was never put into the tracking system. Multiple emails with varying responses. Told lies on several occasions such as another item dispatched (it wasn't) a refund was processed (it wasn't) I think they must be going into administration as all these reviews are recent. When I telephoned the guy that answered the phone didn't even identify the company. Have now sought legal advice to get my money back.

Taken my money but order is still…

Taken my money but order is still “awaiting fulfilment” and past the expected delivery date. They haven’t replied to my email or online chat query and their voicemail is full. It’s March and their website is still promoting a February offer which is a red flag. Contacted my bank for a refund

My item has never arrived

My item has never arrived. The tracking number provided never updated. I was supplied two different tracking numbers. Customer service email blames Royal Mail but item has never been scanned into RM network.

Currently requesting a refund.

Awful customer service

I was sent wrong product and returned it I was told they would send the correct item this was over a month ago I emailed, phoned and was promised a delivery and tried to live chat but no respond. I still have no product and have had no refund
