I made a slight mistake when measuring and one set turned out to big for my window recess, after a quick phone call to the friendly Ellece I found out that these could be altered free of charge, drove out to the factory, and they were altered there and then. Great service and Would highly recommend

Very easy to place order online, I was kept up to date with the progress of order, all my questions were answered instantly online thru messenger, very helpful , excellent service , goods ordered are of good standard I got what I paid for. Goods arrived within a week of placing order and then greeat customer after sales where questions were asked on how to self install and the questions were answered promptly. Will use again when complete if rest of house renovations and would recommend highly to other customers excellent goods at excellent pricing with excellent customer service. Love my blind. Really Helpful. When I went to put in measurement could not find relevant box. Phoned the shop. So helpful. The girl said it was her that did the orders and assured me she would see to it. Only took 3 days to be delivered. Thank you Blind Logic. Will definitely be using again soon.

Love Blind Logic, blinds are very well made and easy to fit, so good my neighbour even want these, might ask for discount for introducing new customers to them lol
